This was my first Bojangles experience in six years, and it was freaking good!
I got two legs, a thigh, mac ‘n cheese, fries, and a biscuit all for a total of $10 and change. That is completely absurd—in a good way!
To make this experience even better, the staff is super friendly. And they’re incredibly efficient and keep everything clean.

Bojangles doing $19.99 “Family Meal Deal” after 5pm. Let’s be honest, that’s an insane value in today’s economy. Take home 8 pieces of fried chicken, 2 family sides, 4 biscuits, and half gallon of sweet tea. Slap it on a plate, light a candle, and boom — dinner. I hadn’t been to Bojangles in a minute, and now they’ve got an AI bot taking orders. The future is here, and apparently, it’s covered in Cajun seasoning. Kinda wild…

Brooke was amazing from the moment I called. She was very helpful and had no problem taking my order over the phone, unlike another Bojangles location that wouldn’t. I had family visiting from out of state along with friends, so I needed to order a large amount of chicken, and Brooke made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thank you so much for helping us out and making our dinner so much more enjoyable. Great customer service!

It was too late to make dinner, so we decided to do fast-food. It was between Bojangles or KFC. The kids never had Bojangles and wanted to try it out. We did the drive-thru experience. We ordered the family meal and added the berry biscuits. We was told that it would be 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, we decided to go in. Our food was not ready, it took an additional 10 minutes before they would start to pack it up. You would have thought that the 30 minutes they took to make our food was to give us something fresh out the fryer — Nope! The chicken looked old (see picture). So, what took 30 minutes to make? The chicken was hard to consume, the Mac and cheese was bland, and the only thing that was edible was the blueberry biscuits! That was so good!! You just have to warm it up. 0 out of 10, would not recommend (well, this location anyway). My poor kids was so hungry, they ate what they could.

I had never had the bites before and i needed “driving food.”
I reached into the box and pulled out what i can only describe as a “chicken crisp”. It weighed next to nothing, was delicious,but not at all filling. I got worried. What had i bought?
Then, as i kept eating the food, i realized this was like the coveted “bonus fry” of McDonald’s fame.
There were my full count of 12 hearty sized chunks of chicken and the sauce was adequate to get through the big box, but not quite ample.

My 1 star rating applies to that Carolina Crunch thing. Not sure it was a good idea. It had two little sad bacon halves on it along with a soggy egg, sandwiched between two greasy, soggy xl bo-rounds. I only ate some and tossed the rest in the trash. It left my mouth feeling like I ate a glob of grease!

Customer service was great, and the food was okay. Chicken was hot and fresh, but a little soggy. The sweet tea was good, but the biscuit was bland. My favorite was the Pinto beans.

The staff do not have bad attitude , however, they are not trained to serve food. The orders are wrong often and the lettuce on my wife’s grilled chicken club sandwich was rotten . With many staff 7 -8, there were no fried chicken , no fries ready and many customers got their money refunded and left without food . Not a good situation .
