Alexis was extremely helpful with giving me all the current specials so I could order what would cover my family for dinner. I also ordered the peach cobbler to try for myself. It is OFFICIALLY my go-to place for cobbler now so keep that on the dessert menu! The inside was so clean and it was a warm environment. Although the crew was busy each one of them spoke to me when they saw me waiting for my order. The best experience I have had at a BoJangles in a long time!

Food was hot and fresh, but was not ready when the app claimed. There was an additional 15 minute wait after the order was “ready”. I appreciate that the food was hot and fresh when it was finally ready, but a better communication on the order completion would be great. This won’t necessarily keep from returning, but it wouldn’t be a top of mind option for efficient, reliable service.

They “ran out” of bo-bites an hour before closing. They need to post a sign or person by the drive through order sign so we don’t spend 5-10 minutes trying to order for our family only to find out they ran out of their main menu item.

Update: Back here a few days later and I find myself at 9:24pm sitting to the side for over 20 minutes for our food. They told us to go park to the side but the 4 cars behind us have not moved either. What is going on here?
And let’s talk about these family meals! Be careful because you get this little small one in the picture that has no chicken on it and this big one that’s burnt all to hell and taste like and smells like burnt popcorn because it’s so damn burnt and hard to even chew!!
They have 1 million workers in there. You would think they would know how to cook some chicken and not rip you off with this chickenless bone they call the 8th piece in my family meal. DON’T ORDER FAMILY MEALS that is where they throw in their bones!!! And the half gallon tea taste like plastic. I’m wondering if they poured that tea in that plastic container while it was hot! Be careful you could be poisoning yourself

I’m not sure what was going on this morning but usually if we stop by there early on Saturday or Sunday we order & back on the road in 5minutes or less with nice staff & our food HOT, today we waited for almost 20 minutes for food that was semi warm & nobody said a word after we ordered at the drive-thru speaker except to ask for our money. At 7:10am (approximately) & only 1 other customer in front of me (they were handed theirs quickly) & semi warm food & staff that can’t greet customers & I was late for work due to the extra time, this could be the end of us going to our local Bojangles…

Not a ton of effective communication and direction going on. QSR no longer means Quick Service Restaurant. The speed was slow and the attention narrow. They left people waiting to take their orders and were talking about everything except the orders needing to be filled. Drinks were out and they forgot about someone sitting in the dining area. A young man was behind the line with no gloves on touching his arms and face. Sanitation is one of the most important aspects of working in a restaurant. Get it together Bojangles! It’s my favorite southern fast food spot!

Since no one took the time to reply to my customer service complaint via your website, I decided to go ahead and make sure that it is known that on Monday 5/6/24 I had to wait almost 22 minutes for an order that was placed on Sunday 5/5/24 at 6:30 PM to be ready at 7 AM. What frustrating me, The most was the fact that 18 vehicles were served before me as well as there was another person waiting that they served before me with a big order. They say go on your app to order the items, especially if you have a large order however it does not work that way I was supposed to have all of this done and ready for me at 7 AM so that I could be at the teachers lounge since it’s a teachers appreciation week at 7:30am well of course that did not happen so therefore, I was late for everything which also makes a teachers late for everything, and this was supposed to be an appreciation for my daughter’s school, the frustrating part of it all was the receipt said 6:36am, so it wasn’t like you did not know that it did not need to be ready at 7:00am. But, just like my complaint that I sent to corporate I did not get a response back, I doubt I will get a response back from this one either, because this is just how they function ‼️
