The chicken breast in my Cajun filet was pretty much all breading. Hardly any meat and they left off the cheese. Took a while too. Too bad because it was the cleanest Bojangles I’ve ever been in and the service was great.

915pm and they can’t make friesh food or anything because the manager said so. they want to close up early and sit around getting payed until 10pm. Crazy, I had to tell them to just give my money back to have them,at the least, give me fresh fries. Come here all the time but this is a first.

For the most part, the staff looked pretty disinterested in the job. They were out of Dirty Rice, which is strange because it’s a signature dish for the franchise, and there were multiple people arguing trying to get the staff to correct their orders. Rather disappointing for a favorite franchise.

Will not be back here. They were out of buns and took it upon themselves to put our sandwiches on a biscuit instead of telling my husband. When he got home and I seen it I called to talk to a manager she had a bad attitude I told her the staff did not tell him they was out of buns she called him a liar and said she talked to him SHE IS THE ONE LYING NO SHE DID NOT.. if I could give it a 0 I would you don’t argue with a paying customer but I promise you we will not be back

I am a truck driver I have tried to get breakfast at 5:05 a.m. 5:10 a.m. and 5:20 a.m. and the doors were locked it’s clear that it says on the door that they open the dining room at 5:00 a.m. I have noticed on multiple occasions that truck drivers cannot get in this is not acceptable everybody cannot go through the drive-thru

Had to wait 20 minutes for mac and cheeses to be fixed! No large containers so received 3 small for one large container. No extra for having to wait or any compensation for that matter. No chicken breasts…no plates. This would be a good place to open up a bojangles. And after all that when i check my order your employees got something to say? Do better!

My husband and I was so impressed with Amy! We placed a large catering order and let me tell you the customer service or shall I say customer care was super great from placing the order to picking it up. The staff was on point with assisting, carried order to our vehicle and made sure we got all the condiments. Excellent!!!
