Today, the sweetest young lady took my card and handed me my food. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was negative. Photo of the seasoned fries I received with my order. They served me the last little fiddly bits. The cajun filet sandwich – took one bite and it felt like I was biting through leather. The coffee was okay…very dark and thicker than I am used to. Tossed the fries bits and cajun filet biscuit. Unfortunately most Bojangles locations in the area have become like this. Lesson learned.

Terrible service and mouthy manager. Im on the way back to take this abomination of food they call cooked back. And ima go even higher above their managers head due to her scrappy attitude. The gravy is pouring out of the box that’s how runny it is. And cold as Ice. Ridiculous. Treat people better and fire wh o ever ypur cook is right now because thats just negligence. Its not even warm and cooked.

I just want to say we had some issues with the time it took to get out food and unfortunately a hair was in the food which is a mistake that can happen in the industry however I mainly want to give a shout-out to the manage and team members for doing everything in their power to make it right. The customer service was exceptionally good and that is the reason I will be back. Mistakes happen and its how you handle those mistakes that make or break the situation.

On a not too busy Saturday morning, 2 cars in drive through, 2 customers inside, I arrived to purchase a dozen biscuits in the drive through. They told me to come inside. I waited in line with no one in front of me for 5 minutes, finally gave my order, told me it would be 10-15 minutes for my order even though there were plenty of biscuits available to fill my order. Left the store without eating since I could not wait that long. Cashier was not helpful, if they just took my order in the drive through and had me wait inside or in my car, it would have been almost ready by the time I ordered inside. With such poor service, I will try another location next time, although most in Charlotte seem to also have poor service. I love Bojangles but repeated bad service almost forces you to go to Chik Fil A.

Ai is horrible. So slow. Sitting in drive through for over 30 mins. Why cant you have real people taking orders? And then the actual employees must not be doing much inside. Youd think the ai would atleast make it a quicker experience. But no deff longer.

Always have to wait on cashier, the guy manager came from the back of the restaurant and wiped his nostrils with his open hand. Biscuits cold, chicken cold, mac and cheese was warmer than anything on the order. Went to the drink machine and slime came out the cheerwine.

Ordered 6pc BoBite Bo sized then ordered regular Mac n cheese proceeded to tell me they were out of it. Then ordered another 6pc bobite and got a 3 piece tender instead. Tried to call because I was already home and got no answer 3 times.

Bojangles went downhill after the 2018 buyout and this location is no exception. 3 out of 3 visits were horrible and I’ll never go to Bojangles again. This last visit my biscuit had a rotten egg on it. Smelled and tasted so bad that I opened up the biscuit and found a black slimy egg. I used to love bojangles but I’m done going there after the quality of food in 2020.

EDIT as of 5/2, I spoke to the manager and another worker while in the drive thru and they looked legitimately concerned, and I told them to just be careful whoever was on the schedule Saturday morning that they should learn proper chicken cooking protocol. But I’ll always come back for my bo rounds. the manager offered to replace my order and I finally came back in, and it was delicious

we ordered grilled chicken biscuits and one of them was raw in the middle. Very pink and raw, hoping my husband doesn’t get sick later from it. But service is always good, so I feel bad… I only ever go through the drive thru so I can’t speak to cleanliness or atmosphere.

Corporate, or health inspector please read!!!! This location has a major problem with the drink machine in dining room and they could not care less. There is a putrid, sour smell coming from the drink machine for months now and it’s now so bad I can smell it when entering the front door. This is one of the dirtiest drink machines I’ve ever seen and smelled. I will not be eating here for months. I’ll check back in in a few months. if the problem is not solved, my family, nor I will ever eat here again and I will be sure to warn everyone I know about the disgusting habits at this location
