I just ordered food. The line is off the hook. My food is old and refried. They didn’t give me a receipt for my whole 5 orders. The didn’t give actual tenders. They look like nuggets. I’ll have to wait for new management in the morning for resolution. TERRIBLE!

Even tho it was through door dash , I keep receiving a salad with no utensils or dressing. No dressing cool , no silverware , COOL, but both, yall literally threw the salad in the bag and said have a nice day , foul. Ps that’s a picture of me removing the cucumbers because they aren’t a preference but atleast I got my salad lol

No stars. This is THE WORST Bojangles I have ever been. Just a bunch of teenagers working – not working. Just goofing off. Waited for 10 mins for bacon they had not even started. Asked about our sandwiches and they realized we expected our food. The fries sat in the bag and are barely cooked. We don’t even eat one.

So slow. Dinning in and waiting 10 minutes to be told another 15 minutes. Guess you need to order through drive through. Cars are having no problem getting there order. Trash on floor and tables was my first sign that I should of walked out.

I had forgotten that Bojangles chicken is delicious until I tried the food from this place recently. I last had Bojangles chicken before the pandemic and didn’t have a good experience so I stayed away for a while. But for dinner I ordered a pickup order from the Bojangles app and the food did not disappoint. Be warned though that this place is better for lunch than dinner. I say that because I had ordered a 12 piece meal box and paid online through the app, but when I went to pick up the girl up front told me that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill the order, because they cook small batches at night since it’s so slow. I told them that I had already paid for this and I didn’t know how to cancel since the app had already processed it, she said to call the app to do that. Now it was only 8pm and the store closes at 10pm, so I asked aren’t you cooking any more chicken for dinner the night? Finally a senior staff / manager came and said that they can cook more chicken to complete the order. I had to wait 20 mins for my food, but she gave us a couple of free sodas while we waited. They didn’t have sides we had ordered and wanted, so they gave us replacements. I appreciate the manager stepping in and helping us with our order, but it was not a pleasant experience before. I am grateful that we got our food that I had already paid for. Big lesson here is don’t do online orders for this store.

Service is terrible. always a 30 minute wait even if you order online always more talking flirting and playing being done than working.. last time 2 times going here I ordered online.. order said 6 minutes I wanted 15 minutes just to be on the safe side.. waited another 10 minutes just to be assisted by staff.. my other hadn’t even been started then was told it would be another 9 minutes for biscuits.. so all and all after ordering online and waiting 15 minutes to arrive I waited a total of 38 minutes for food I already paid for while on my lunch break

Very disappointed. Some of the tenders were undercooked, the fries were ridiculously over-seasoned, and the sweet tea tasted like it had 40 pounds of sugar dumped into it. Completely inedible experience. Will not be coming back.

I guess they are short staffed or tired of their job. They had an attitude and no one was inside or in the drive thru line on 10.31 at 7:56pm. They told me they can only accept cash I said that’s fine. I had to repeat my order again as they interrupted the automated system to tell me they are only accepting cash. Then when I told her my order and she said it would be a 15 minute wait. I would have waited but she seemed angry and annoyed that I was there so I left. I will not be back to this location and warn people DO NOT COME HERE! They are not welcoming at all.

50 minutes for order to be filled tonight. Not one person even apologized for delay nor did anyone keep me updated on progress. Need to do better as folks have many options in Harrisburg. Then to see staff using her shirt as gloves? Since when is this appropriate. Thankfully I didnt order the mac n cheese tonight
