Bojangles began in 1977 and saw an opportunity to develop a quick-service restaurant chain based on three attributes: a distinctive flavor profile; wholesome, high-quality products made from scratch; and a fun, festive restaurant design with fast, friendly service. Bojangles core menu is : distinctive, flavorful chicken made with a special blend of seasonings and served with hot, fresh buttermilk biscuits and one-of-a-kind fixin’s like Bojangles Dirty Rice and Bojangles Cajun Pintos. Bojangles light, buttery, made-from-scratch biscuits serve as the basis for the best breakfast in the industry.

Southern-inspired fast-food chain known for fried chicken & biscuit, plus signature sides.

Brand new or at least I think it was. Largest kitchen area I have ever seen in a Bojangles. The drive thru was packed so I went inside. Small dining area, clean restrooms and a BISCUIT WINDOW. NEVER SEEN THAT IN A BOJANGLES.

My family and I were recently on a road trip to bring my nephew to his new job in New Jersey. We stopped here because Bojangles is the BEST! NOW…this young lady went ABOVE and beyond for ALL customers in the restaurant. There was a long wait time for fresh chicken, but her people skills and jovial disposition made the wait time feel like NOTHING! I enjoyed my food 10x as much..however long it took, because I felt valued as a customer and a person. There were several other patrons in there that felt the same way. I don’t know if she is a manager, but, she is a young black female with braces (she had braids at the time) SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

Bright, shiny brand new store. Same poor service and employees with attitudes. No greeting at the register instead, manager on the telephone, Complaining she hates her job and she hates coming into it every day. Employee wrapping sandwiches loudly stated She does not read the screen. And it is the reason we waited 15 minutes for 1 biscut. The parking lot was littered with drink cups and trash… The general manager is obviously inept, Upper management needs to do a better job vetting and placing these people instead of Letting complacent people destroy your brand.

My experience was not that good the food was mediocre at best I got 2 chicken sandwiches which I took one bite out of both I’m pretty sure my spicy one was frozen then fried in there batter as you can see from the picture the spicy part is inside and not part of their so called homemade batter. and on top of everything they even forgot some of my order and made me feel like I was cattle not a customer. For such a new establishment I think they can do much better. But until improvements are made I will not be returning to this eatery. Make sure you hit that thumbs up if this helped you

The service was good and the food was as well. Quick drive thru. My only complaint is that Bojangles got rid of the Bo sauce…why?

For the amount of people ordering, the service was quick. Everyone seemed to work efficiently. My order was correct and the food was good. My potatoe rounds must have just come out the fryer because they were hot, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, tasted fresh and not greasy. I enoyed my meal and Sweet tea very much.

Gentlemen who put biscuits together was not even listening to the orders being shouted to him by the nice older woman. Cashier was so slow taking orders. This store is new. However, it has yet to rise to the level of a good Bojangles restaurant. It needs help badly in training and customer service. It’s new, but it already has a bad reputation. My friends who get off third-shift have told me that they sometimes have a problem with opening on time.

These “people” in the drive thru are disrespectful and rude. I’m trying to order my food at the drive thru, and something was funny as the girl taking my order couldn’t stop laughing into the speaker. Handed me my card back and said, “Here you go.” Not thank you, come back soon just here you go. This is why I don’t typically do drive-thru. I want to throw my food back at them and be like, “Here YOU go.”

I went in and ordered a Supreme combo LG Mt dew and a large sweet tea. They were a Lil busy. I noticed great team work. Clean store. I told the manager Great team. The manager said thank you. I turned around and they said thank you 3 more times while my back was turned. Laughed at me as I walked out the door. Saying great team. It was so embarrassing. This embarrassed me, of course. I gave the two women a compliment. They were atrocious. I love #Bojangles I won’t stop eating bojangles. But I’ll never go Back here. I will tell all my friends, family, and Google! Teamwork is DreamWorks, but meanwork is just mean. Do better Bojangles!
