I’ve given this a lot of thought, and all I can think about is the worthless employees back there laughing up a storm when they fill a large fry 40%, but give enough sporks to cater a football team.
That’s just the start too, waited in the restaurant for an hour for a mobile order even though there was like 3 people in the restaurant. Unsurprisingly the order was completely wrong too. Employees are not smart, rude, and worthless. Not sure how Bojangles stays in business and why I keep giving them my money. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson.
I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else. I’ve noticed a trend with Bojangles, they remodel/ open a new location, it’s top notch service for like 2 days, then it falls off. They’re spending too much time making weird new menu items, and not enough time training their staff. I wish someone from corporate would see this, but I highly doubt it’ll make a difference.

Always fast and friendly service. The “seasoned” fries always seem like they are a few hours old and seldom have any seasoning. Now they refuse to give extra seasoning. The chicken is normally really good.

I stopped for lunch at 11:27am. You would think the quality of the food would be nice and hot. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo and I paid to make it a club. I get home and the chicken is cold, I had two big fat pieces of tomato, no bacon and an excessive amount of brown lettuce. Please don’t waste your time going here if you expect good hot food. The fries were hard, not fresh as if they had been sitting. Disgusting

Food is always hot and fresh tasting. Services is always comical and friendly BUUUTTTTT, THIS TIME WAS NOT. Automated ordering and then once at the window was I formed by a person that it would be a 25min wait for chicken. I had ordered 12 piece family meal. Why wasn’t this expressed while ordering of they have headsets on and can hear the orders although it’s automated??? Poor customer service. THIS location is always super busy, stocked up and always on point. Maybe this was an isolated incident. Just saying

How hard is it to take a person order right in front of them. Stop this morning to get breakfast. Always order the same thing. My combo with large Bo rounds and a large drink. I get my order biscuit is correct and fresh. But I get small Bo rounds small drink. How can you get something so simple wrong. And this is a 5:45 in the morning. The cashier name is Mikia. I very rarely leave reviews but this is not the first time. Please listen to your customers.

We arrived around 12:30 pm.The chicken was hot and crispy, but the biscuits were dried out. I wanted to use the bathroom to wash my hands, but the bathrooms were locked. The staff had to unlock the door, but the men’s bathroom was out of order. I ask them to let me in the woman’s bathroom to wash my hands. They would not let me use the woman’s bathroom. Having the bathrooms locked is crazy.

This bojangles is the best. I put in an order at another bojangles for 8 family size mac and cheese. I was willing to wait or take just what was avaliable to me. They wanted me to wait 30 min minimum. I left and came to this bojangles on new hope they had my order ready within 10 mins of me arriving. No hassle and amazing customer service. I’ll choose this bojangles for my holiday needs from now on. 10/10

Tried the drive-thru since I was on lunch and there was no line. The AI thingy told me to wait for assistance, waited 4 minutes then drove around and walked in. Ordered on the kiosk, there was 2 groups ahead of me (2 in each group) who I assumed was the manager OD was rude, the first group had ordered something, waited +10 mins to be told they were out of it after they paid and waited. When they asked for something else they were told that since the other option was more expensive they would have to pay more. Now if this was right when they ordered I would agree however they had already been waiting for +10 mins (with just me being there, they were waiting before I even ordered my food) I would assume as food industry they would have taken the “L” and given them the slightly more expensive food.
The 2nd group didn’t get their food until after me and I waited +15 mins for a cajun chicken biscuit combo. The cashier/bagger in the front walked slower than molasses and didn’t seem to care.
When I got my food I had one headphone in, I could hear the ‘manager’ in the back talking about “People always trying to get free food” and how he likes working with the 3 adults cause the kids don’t work.
Each time I’ve been I’ve been helped by these “kids” and they got my order out right, fresh and quick. Maybe don’t talk about that kind of stuff to your team by putting down other team members especially in earshot of the customers.
I won’t be back to this location.
