The best Bojangles in the surrounding areas. Fresh biscuits, tender chicken and good tea. What I don’t like about Bojangles is they take orders and fill them one at a time. It takes too long to get your order in. Meanwhile, they are servicing drive thru orders quickly.

I understand why their rating is so low! I’ve been there twice in the last 3 to 4 months and both times my order was wrong. Over a 45-minute drive total to pick up an order, get home, realize it’s wrong , go back then drive back home. When I talk to the manager and ask for their district manager’s number, they don’t even know.

We have been waiting 25 minutes for our food and they just left half of it on the counter getting cold and we still don’t have 2 of our meals. We are a pretty easy going family but this if beyond rough. I have never been to a worse Bojangles in my life and we frequent enough to know the customer service differences. There need to be some changes here. The problem I have is there was no resolution to try and make the situation better. We ended up leaving and never received 2 of our meals for our kids. We asked for a refund which they did give us for the 2 meals and now we are having to travel to another restaurant to buy our kids lunch. Im not sure they were ever going to get it to us.

The last 5 times I have ordered from the drive through my order has been wrong. And for the past 6 months, there has been NO SALT on the fries. You guys are horrible. Zero customer service skills. Tired of wasting my money on this company. I won’t make the same mistake again. I don’t recommend anyone else waste their money either. I feel bad for the people with any interest in this company. 330 PM Sunday. Ordered two 2 piece meals $5.99 and eight 2 for $5 sausage egg biscuits to go $34 ttl. Biscuits were of fine quality, but took 21 minutes to get them! 21 minutes!!! The 2 piece meals, they were out of thighs. What? How? They gave us 2 skinny wings and 2 of the smallest legs ever seen. When you take that long to fill an order, and substitute smaller chicken pieces, I expect something extra. NOPE. Not an extra biscuit or extra wing, NOTHING. You think I’ll be back for the next 6 months? NOPE. Too many other options.

I drove through tonight which I don’t usually do and I was shocked that my order was taken by a computer. And then when I got up to pay for the food the girl at the window didn’t even greet us and acted like we were wasting her time. I like a business that treats their customers with respect. They seem to forget that if there were no customers then they wouldn’t have a job. Try training your employees to respect the customers or you might be losing more business. It’s a shame because I have always loved Bojangles and now I feel dehumantized.

I ordered a chicken and rice bowl that I saw on the marquee outside but I did not see it on the drive-through menu. It was delicious! It had dirty rice, pinto beans, chopped chicken tenders, and cheese. It was a very large portion that will make two meals. I would definitely order this again. I also got a half dozen biscuits to keep in my freezer to have for upcoming breakfasts on the road.
