So I drove up placed my order and drove around to pay. I said hi to the workers at the window, and they ignored me, while rolling their eyes at me, and sighing with annoyance. They shoved my card aggressively into the machine like they were upset.
Then when I was getting my food I asked for a straw three times and I was ignored, then who I’m guessing is the manger had the most disgusting attitude. She came and practically shoved my food in my face in which and dropped my grape jelly. Which they jelly I don’t care so much it was the awful attitudes.
The fries were dry and old. They tasted like they just added more season to them to appear fresh and they weren’t.
After all of this happened, I sat at the
Drive thru window making sure I had everything, I doubled checked to make sure there was no-one behind me and it wasn’t.
I wasn’t even sitting there for five minutes it was a max of like 2 minutes. Then the white girl at the window slammed the window back opened and I looked up to the black girl with red and black hair I’m guessing the manger staring at me and I read lips, she said “why is she still at the window”?
Then the white girl said is there anything wrong with your meal and i was trying to say “no I’m just making sure I have everything and making sure that everything was right”, before I could finish my sentence or even get my words out , the white giro at the window “said in the most rude, and condescending voice okay and slammed them window” as I was talking.
Terrible customer services and attitudes.
Last week I took my mother in law to a doctor’s appointment in the area & she suggested we try it.
I split a sandwich with mom & got a sweet tea for myself. I can see why people order gallons of it. It’s delicious!
I enjoyed the original sandwich (it has a kick) definitely feel the spicy kick. The fries are seasoned and tasty! Mom is picky about her fries & she loved them.
The only thing is…. I think there is a mayo sauce but it wasn’t evenly spread out. When I lifted up my bun there was only a drop of the sauce or Mayo. Next time, I’ll mention it for sure.
I told the young ladies at the drive up window how much I loved their attitudes. They were just smiling and happy. Refreshing to see friendly & smiling faces 🙂
Will be back!
The only person that waved and smiled was making biscuits. She’s wearing glasses and a smile.
The other two well, they seem to not like their jobs and not smile that much on even interact with anyone except for order number and handing the tray over. Now I know they can smile cuz I hear them giggling in once a while.
If they actually read the the receipt which they must have no dining customers because everything they give is take out??
Normally I would just give three stars and call it a day but I feel like I’m bothering the employees while they work. I would say the atmosphere is very low.
Maybe bring the woman out to the register with the smile and the glasses. Maybe you’ll get better warm reception.
Getting to the meal, I don’t think they seasoned the chicken well. I don’t add really hot sauce to Chicken unless it’s from a Chinese food restaurant. The biscuit was the last thing I ate and it was decent it was pretty good.
First the employees could barely take your order and give you the correct thing, then they switched to the AI ordering crap, where an employee still has to sit there listening to you order and manually type it in AND THEY STILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.
And now they only staff 3 people at a time and the manager only looks like they’ve been conscious on this earth for 3 days, so it takes 5-10 minutes to get your food during normal hours.
Or God forbid you go there when there’s more than 10 people in the store and it takes them 45 minutes to get you your food, coming out to your car asking for your receipt that you don’t have because you weren’t given one at the window because they forgot what your order was and once they finally give you your food, half of it is MISSING AND/OR WRONG anyways.
The mashed potatoes tasted way worse than usual. I normally like them a lot, I don’t know what went wrong but they were gummy and smelled and tasted off. I could not bring myself to eat it.
My bag also originally did not even have half of my order. I had to go back and ask for the rest. I usually wouldn’t bring this up in a review of a fast food restaurant. You should always check your bag before you go, and they did get me the rest of my food. But in this case it almost feels like they messed up the potatoes and we’re trying to avoid feeding them to people.
I would’ve been fine with that sandwich if it was like 2 dollars. But the potatoes were inedible and the meal cost me $9.30.
