Here on 3/3/26, STILL CAN’T get our order correct! Ck’d bag while sitting in drive thru and wrong again. We’ve been eating here for years but for the past year we’ve had to ck our orders as we would get home and there would be missing or incorrect food items. FYI we were the only customers there at 1:20 pm. Morning crew is better than other shifts. The food itself is good.

UPDATE 2024 : I changed the star to 5 stars after I revisit the place on 2024. The place is different during my 2024 visit. The fried chicken is excellent, the fried chickens are fresh and they have excellent flavor and quality. Their dirty rice is excellent as well.
The place is still clean and well maintained. The place has good seating as well.
4 star for the chicken, 1 star for the bad attitude of the server, so 2 star is appropriate. The chicken is worse than any other Bojangles, as the chicken is not hot enough, and there is no juice in the chicken. It tastes okay, but it is not as good as others. The biscuits are fine on the other hand.
The employees are acting strange and if this place have any managers they should do something about the attitude of the employees. They seem to be talking too much with one another, and seems to be talking about the customers. They are not serving the customers quickly, it seems they are more busy having fun with one another.
On the other hand, the place is clean and the seating is quite comfortable. Outside seating area is also available.

Stopped by for a few steak biscuits and drinks. There was a special so all together less than $10 for 2 people. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. One of the better locations I have been in.

I stopped going to bojangles for 3 years now, but today I said let me see if they have changed. I stopped at this location and went inside to order to-go. Got my order and checked it, and one of the sausage biscuits was not in the bag, no problem. Went over to the counter, and the lady asked, “Can I help you?” And I replied, one of my sausage biscuits is missing. She looked at me and just kept going with something else she was doing. I continued to stand there, waiting for her to go get the biscuit because it was right on the station. The lady never came back over to me. So finally the other lady who was working the window said yes, sir, can I help you now? She was very pleasant, and I said, “Yes, I’m missing that sausage biscuit. She gave it to me, and I left the store. As you can see in the pictures, the bo rounds are overcooked, and yes, the oil needs to be changed. Which goes back to I stop, I’m going to Bojangles.
A lot of times, the service, this is not pleasant, and the food is mediocre at best. I’ll say this. There is a reason why Chick-fil-A is so successful and it’s not because of the food. It’s the service you get with the food.

Stopped by yesterday for breakfast. The lady in the drive thru window told us our order was free and she didn’t charge us (we weren’t expecting this). Checked this morning and we had a charge for it. She said “I didn’t charge yall, merry Christmas”. Why even say that. Just plain rude. 0/10 don’t go here, they troll in your faces.

Until now, and for the last 45 years, Bojangles had been my main go-to when I wanted a quick breakfast. When your workers’ attitudes are crap, the visit will not be pleasant. Furthermore, the food was awful. Someone doesn’t know how to make biscuits. My visit at this location ended it for me. Like many, I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. So when you’re so careless or stingy, that you can’t even cover the biscuit with gravy, I have a problem with that. Bojangles just lost a loyal customer of 45 years.

Really unfriendly employees who are also just super slow. When we got our food we got fries killed with seasoning, mushy biscuits and a drink that was 90% ice. They handed it to us in a crumpled half ripped bag with a crumpled ball of napkins on top of it all and it looked more like someone pulled it out of the trash. Terrible experience all around.

Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and received a sausage and egg on a bun. I didn’t even know they made breakfast sandwiches on a bun at 7a. How does a biscuit place run out of biscuits at 7am and then no one double checks a one item order for accuracy. It’s literally two things on a damn biscuit. How hard is it to make one simple order right… :/
