Never have I gone to a Bojangles this terrible. They got my order wrong twice which I explained to the black older guy manager. He kept arguing with me, insisting that he took my order and that I just didn’t say what I wanted correctly. I gave him the food back twice, and he handed me the same thing. I asked for a refund, and he continued arguing, saying it was my fault.The younger guy at the window was extremely rude as well and it was when I asked for a refund that he had an attitude.

The food was really good.However, the drive through was very inefficient.They used AI to take your order, even though there was plenty of staff in the restaurant, half of the staff wasn’t doing anything, and someone could have definitely manned the drive through. Upon approaching the window, they asked us to go back through the drive through to get our order instead of bringing the order out to us and having us wait in a parking spot. We went inside as the inefficient drive through was moving too slow.My girlfriend went inside and the staff was very rude to her and snarky. I do not recommend this place. Also, the cups and lids suck and leak on you.The bags rip, and you get grease all over.

Waited to even be spoken to for 10 mins, despite the staff helping someone as we walked in and got in line.
They advertise all over their restaurant for the Carolina Crunch, which was the sole purpose of our visit to the location, only for them to say they do not have the XL Bo rounds and cannot make it. When we asked which location might, the crew member we were speaking to wasn’t very helpful.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location based on staffing, customer service and lack of it, as well as the false advertising. Do not display for things you cannot make!

Ausha the General Manger and crew totally knocked it out of the park on customer service. From taking my order with a great attitude at 5AM to the speed at which my food came out made it the best service I have had at any restaurant in a long time. Would highly recommend this Bojangles.

This was the worst fast food experience. I place my order which was a 4 piece dinner and 5 piece dinner at the drive-thru speaker. The person read the order back accurately. I drove to the window and the person handed me my drinks. Yet, the whole experience went downhill from there.
They brought out my food and thankfully I looked to see if it was all there. The 5 piece box was missing a tender and the sides were wrong. I told the person and they brought me another box. By this time, the line was backed up with people blowing the horn and my son was crying. So, I pulled out the line to start comforting my son.
After my son was settled, I looked in the last box they gave me. While the missing tender was provided, they gave me another side but it was still wrong. It was well past my son’s feeding time, so I headed home but called the store manager. She apologized and stated I could come back for replacement box dinners as she would leave a note for the staff. I told her that it would be a few days as I would be out of town. She told me that I would not have an issue getting the boxes later.
I returned a few days later for the replacement boxes and the staff was unaware of any note. They had me talk with a manager, who needed to call another manager to see if she knew about my situation. After several minutes of back and forth between my initial request at the drive-thru and talking with the current manager, I was able to get my replacement boxes.

I’ve had shorter waits at sit down restaurants than this place’s drive thru. They fill your drinks 3/4th of the way, and give you the wrong order after the long wait too. Even with gas prices as they are now I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes away to go to a different Bojangles than this one.

We spent 30 minutes in line to talk to a AI ordering system that cannot get our order correct. When we got up to the window the employee she said she could not correct our order and that we would have to come in to place the order. Very rude and awful customer service from employee and the manager.
Left, did not pay or get food and went down 3 miles to the next Bojangles with another AI ordering service and ordered and asked the employee who said they could certainly update, change or add to our order if needed.

Everytime I go through the drive thru, one individual is not so friendly. My card declined which I was trying to get her attention so that she could re try it. A manger asked her to let me know, she responded, “could you do it, because I don’t got time”. She never greet ppl, she just hands the food off.
