I visited this Bojangles twice on a Sunday morning in the past month. Maybe it’s just my luck, but I went in both times and the same individual was working. She made me feel very uncomfortable, was rude, unfriendly and I felt like I was inconveniencing her and interrupting her from her phone. My food was fine, no complaints there, I like Bojangles food. I recommend using the drive-thru on Sunday mornings at this Bojangles. The inside was very clean, probably because no one dares going inside.

Sarah, was the one that helped me. Not only did she cook the food fresh for me. She is super sweet and the other employees she had working with her was on point! I really enjoy coming to this bojangles for the first time! I will DEFINITELY keep coming back to this location. So much better than the Stanley location and the garrison location in Gastonia area!! I will keep coming back to this store due to her! Best Cajun biscuit I’ve had ever! The two piece dinner that I also had with dirty rice and Mac was so delicious. Entire staff was just on it! Even my picky grandparents loved it!!

I came hear earlier this morning and the whole staff was so nice to me. I got a Cajun biscuit fresh and it tasted great. My bo rounds were nice and crispy. Will definitely be coming back to this store!

Wanted a breakfast platter. 2 eggs, sausage, biscuit, bo-rounds, gravy and an iced tea. It was excellent. Had to purchase separately, which when combined equalled a breakfast platter. Total cost $10.68. Originally left off the eggs from the order, so I added them. Only $1.82 fir 2 eggs.
What surprised me was the cost of the Gravy, $2.79. Although worth it when you consider the entire breakfast. I’ll reorder. Don’t believe we can get a breakfast platter similar to this with a drink anywhere else for under $11. My wife and I had lunch out the other day in Charlotte off East Blvd. Soda was $3.29.
Regardless, I’ll stop in Bojangles anytime for breakfast. I’d recommend.

Oh my goodness, this sausage and gravy was a ray of sunshine on a plate! Each bite was a warm, comforting hug, with the perfectly seasoned sausage mingling beautifully with the creamy, dreamy gravy. The biscuits were fluffy clouds, soaking up every last drop of that delectable sauce. It was pure, unadulterated happiness, and I swear I could feel my soul smiling. Served RAW chicken from their Cajun filet biscuit combo . This will be escalated as necessary because on top of this the lady at the window had a nasty attitude and TOLD me instead of asking “we out of rounds so you getting fries in your bag” shut the whole building down , had I eaten more I could have gotten extremely sick and you all would be looking at a lawsuit . HORRIBLE! I came here with my family after visiting another Bojangles who had bad customer service. They ended up giving me the wrong order…I wanted a thigh and leg and they gave me two legs. When I questioned them about the mistake the cashier and the manager caught a nasty attitude. The cashier told me that I had to just take the two legs they gave me or get a breast. I requested a manger and she didn’t want to come at first. She told me that I can wait one minute for the thigh and that she needed to throw my entire meal away. I gave it back to her and she snatched it from me in front of my children. At that point I just requested a refund. I’m not sure if she was new or what but she gave me less than the amount due and I told her it wasn’t correct. She told me that I just had to deal with the shortage because she doesn’t have enough change to refund my order. I told her that it wasn’t my problem as I gave you the correct amount when I bought the food I would like the correct amount back. The manager yelled at me and closed the window. Then returned to the window with the correct amount. Then the cashier shut the window hard. They were rude, unprofessional, and liars. Do not come here. I will be contacting their corporate office as well. This was unacceptable!

I do not go to this location often but when I do, it be the same women in the window ans she is very rude. She dont say a word, throws my food at me and slams the window. Every time I do. I thought maybe 1st times was she just having a bad day but no it is every time. She also wears a hoodie with her hood on. This location is very unprofessional and unclassy. The manager clearly does not care since she is right beside her and see it all. Customers are not the one forcing her to work but they are the ones keeping the store in business. If u dont like your job u should go else where but dont take it out on customers.
