The AI ordering in the drive through is absolute garbage. It never understands your order and is terrible at making changes. Since they’re not taking orders, the staff should have more time to make the food better but it still wasn’t good. I would avoid stopping here if you can help it.
Edit: also, ordered the mashed potatoes and gravy, there’s no gravy and it looks pretty sorry.

I recently visited the drive-thru and tried to place my order using their virtual Bojangles assistant, but it wouldn’t take our order no matter how clearly we spoke. When we went to the window to ask if we could order there instead, a middle-aged blonde lady working the window told us we couldn’t and that we had to drive around to the speaker again. That was understandable, but when I asked her how to get the virtual assistant to work, she gave me a look like I was stupid and then abruptly closed the window on us. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and really disappointing. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor treatment when all you want is a simple order. What happened to good service?

There were communication problems with my order of an 8 piece box. We don’t drink anything that they offer (all sugar) so I wanted to substitute another side to replace what we were not ordering, but that didn’t translate for the employee taking my order. The manager was rude and tried to give me a small order of fries when I had asked for the biggest size you have whatever that’s called. I had to inspect the bag where she hid them and demand what I had ordered. I will never go back. I will convince my mother to go to KFC.

I was half was threw my chicken biscuit and when I got to the middle it was completely raw!
The outsides were cooked but the middle was not!

Im not a picky eater. I wasnt raised that way. I also typically go to the bojangles in fayetteville and have visited some in raleigh. all in all their menus are the same all across the board but this franchise for some reason was different. I asked for the Four piece dinner, not supreme but just the dinner with the BONE IN and it comes with a biscuit and a side. I got 4 tenders and three biscuits. I didnt ask for three. I asked for my order to be fixed and I said FOUR piece BONE IN. they literally pulled out the most shrivled dried up looking chicken with zero meat and all skin on it. it looked disgusting and unsanitary then they added mash potatoes and cole slaw to my box when I asked for TWO biscuits. nothing else for sides. Typically I’d take it to the jaw and just eat it but the chicken straight up was like the size of my fingers, pathetic and cooked awful. it made me lose all apetite. but Thank you to the manager here for refunding me my $11. I work hard for every cent I earn and Im not wasting it on anything I shouldnt have to including food made my kindergartners who can’t read or comprehend orders.

Not a single fry has seasoning!!! This is a consistent issue with this location!! I paid extra to bo size my food to have extra fries and not a single one has a sprinkle of seasoning. I won’t even get started on the dry biscuit and old tenders. Foolishness.

Never seen a Bojangles run this poorly, employees using cell phones on the line food all over the place, HVAC equipment in the middle of the floor, extremely long wait times with very few customers, and plenty of staff. There were 5 customers and 3 of them had “lost” orders. The napkins needed to be refilled and some dispensers were taken down and just lying on the counter. It was a train wreck.

I gave 1 star cause there’s not an option for no stars, I ordered 1 Cajun biscuit combo , large size , with fries and diet mtn dew, had to pull up and wait for the order, and didn’t bother to check it. Got home with no biscuit at all, and when I called to let them know they called me a liar, worst service in town. Rude as hell, I definitely won’t be eating there any more its not my fault you are to incompetent to check an order before sending it out, they were not even busy.
