We usually have a good experience when we go to Bojangles however at night you never know what you’re going to get, and tonight was not it, my picnic mashed potatoes could’ve gone in a regular and none of our combos got a biscuit, chicken was burnt and fries were cool to the touch. Not pleased and it’ll be a while before we go back!

Stopped here after work to get something for dinner. Waited in the drive thru line for quite awhile to get to place my order. When I got to the speaker the person on the end sounded like it was a bother to take my order, I could barely understand them & the really acted like it was too much to take my order. I don’t get fast food very often but this reminds me why. At the window, again poor customer service. No greeting, they handed me my drink (which was wrong) took my card & eventually gave me my order. I had to ask to get my card back, not sure if they were hoping to keep it, which makes me wonder…why. Then when I got home the food was sub par at best. Cold. The sandwich gave me much indigestion, just not the greatest experience.

Service is slow stayed in line and listened to some ratchet conversations the employees were having with each other. I ordered a supreme salad and requested the supremes be separate so that I know how many they give me instead of them cutting up or putting them on the salad. I opened the bag and saw that they gave me two supremes and when the salad supposed to three. I went back to the counter and the lady says it only supposed to be two then I showed her online where the Bojangles website said three. She told me to go speak to the manager and I did and showed her and she said our franchise is different. I was like but this is your store website. Long story ending I just asked for my refund and left the store politely and I will never visit or or let my company order from them ever again.

Today on 12/31/2025 went into restaurant at 10:44 am and purchased a cheddar bo combo with a large half cut tea and I received my meal and when I got back to eat it the biscuit was still raw and the tea was not half cut like was requested. This is not the first time I have received raw biscuit dough when purchasing the cheddar bo biscuit from now on I just won’t purchase that any further.

Food was fresh @10:15 am, attitudes were horrible at both windows, while ordering the food. 1 was incompetent the other was lazy. The young lady even handed me napkins to wipe off my own drinks from her spillage, knowingly thats her job. Without no customers, you wouldn’t have a job. I was treated as if I’m doing them a service.

Food is not that great. It’s a hit and miss.. also check your order before you leave most likely its wrong…just over all bad place. But if your hungry and in a hurry. It’s ok….sweet tea. One day it’s ok. Next day you can’t drink it..

Was really good when they first opened I got a really soft biscuit and crispy potato rounds but ever since then it hasn’t been the same the biscuits are always hard and the potato rounds are always soggy even after asking for crispy potato rounds I still didn’t get them so I keep chasing a soft biscuit and a crispy potato rounds

I can’t complain one bit. Food came out hot and well seasoned. We got the family 12pc with pinto beans, dirty rice, and seasoned French fries. O. I can’t forget the biscuits.

I waited for 45 minutes for a grilled chicken. They had the rest of my order ready and left it sit for 45 minutes. When I finally got my grilled chicken, I requested fresh strips, but the ones they gave me were worse then the first ones. This was my first visit to this Bojangles and I think it’s safe to say I will NOT be going back. VERY disappointed and what a waste of money the grilled chicken was good, but the strips were old and dried out..
