Food was delicious… did not recieve straw and napkins which is unusual. Service took longer than it should. I’m guessing this is a newer restaurant and maybe workers need more training..

On our way back from a basketball game, bathrooms were in excellent shape, took a little bit to get someone to the front but it looked pretty busy in the drive thru- customer service was on point after that, we had a few snafu’s in the orders but when addressed with the frontline staff, they promptly corrected it and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was satisfied. Absolutely making this a regular stop for our travel games

I DO NOT recommend if you need FAST food, or kind service…
I got to the building around 6:40ish. Sat in lane 1 waiting and the lady says “Give me one moment” (for the second time) seconds before saying “What can i do for you” and then when I started speaking she said “Give me just a moment please.” with the rudest, snappy tone ever. Went up, paid, went to 2nd window for food and they pulled me up to a parking spot. I got a pretty big order so it was fine. Got into the parking spot around 6:50pm and sat waiting til 7pm. The car next to me in the parking spot said they had to go inside for their food so I went in. No one noticed or spoke to me for almost 5 minutes inside and I wasnt given my food til 10 minutes later. This young black lady walked over, DROPPED the food in front of me, and walked away with no words and noticable disrespect. I STILL haven’t gotten my drinks at this point and waved someone down to get me my drinks. I walked out of the store at 7:20. All of my food was correct and it was really good. If the service was better I wouldve loved this experience.

Whenever I get food here, which isnt very often anymore, my order comes out right about 40% of the time. The food is amazing, dont get me wrong. But whoevers working the drive through need to be told to slow DOWN. They talk way too fast when speaking my order back to me so I can barely tell if they got it right when I order.
Sometimes what I order isnt right on the receipt and the food will be wrong, sometimes my order IS correct on the receipt but is somehow still wrong in the bag. Kinda ridiculous to be honest

Slow. I understand it’s Christmas Eve but if a person has a big order park them and get everyone else out the way. No reason why the wait was so long and it was only 4 cars in the line and 3 of them didn’t order anything big. Do not come here unless you want to wait. She said they are still waiting on the fries but that couldn’t have been done when 20 minutes passed by with everyone else’s order. It is not because of Christmas after reading other reviews they’re just slow.

They are pretty quick in the drive through which is always nice, especially when you are in a hurry!
But check your bag for the items you ordered. 1 out of 2 visits within a week and we were missing several items and had to go back.

Probably one of the slowest bojangles I’ve ever been to. Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, paid and then was told to pull up to wait for my order and still waited another 20-25 minutes, mind you this restaurant was not busy at all. I walk in to check on my food that is clearly taking way too long, the girl employee is walking with my food in her hand with her cell phone, head down looking at her phone, I ask if that’s my food, doesn’t respond, so I walk towards her and asked again, she looks up at me and says yes and hands it to me. For my food to take that long every bit of it was cold. Very disappointed for a place that’s supposed to be fast food and employees should not have their phones at the workplace while they are working. Apparently nothing get done!

I have never seen people move so slow and everytime I come in here or drive thru, they look miserable. One night, it was around 630 PM. Said they ran out of chicken…. always wait 20 min for my food for 2 or 3 people. Im sick of coming here.

I went through the drive thru, the staff were very helpful and very friendly!! The food was great! We got a chicken supreme box with 12 pieces of boneless chicken and 4 biscuits It was delicious I Absolutely LOVE their biscuits!! Food was hot and fresh!! I will definitely be coming here again!!

We ordered bacon egg and cheese and country ham and cheese biscuits. We were told they had no biscuits. So we got the chicken dinners which Low and behold had biscuits in them.
