The wait time in the drive thru was longer than expected. But when I got to the window the young man was very patient with my requests. Even when I thought my order was wrong, he patiently explained what I ordered. My food hot, fresh and delicious. I will return when I’m in that area.

This was my family’s first time trying Bojangles, and we really enjoyed it. What truly made our experience amazing, though, was our cashier, Abra (at least that’s what was on the receipt)! He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. He took extra care with our drinks, brought us plates, and helped guide us through ordering for the first time. The dirty rice, fries, and chicken were all delicious. Thank you again, Abra – you truly made our night!

I waited 25 mins for a single combo, just for the biscuit to fall apart and it was excessively greasy. Had to throw it away. The employees were nice but they moved extremely slow. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry despite the lobby full of people waiting 20+ minutes. I normally dont leave reviews but this was a really bad experience and I want to save someone else from wasting their time or money.

Waited for my food for 25 min inside the restaurant! They got my order wrong. I tried the fries before they rang me up and they were hardly cooked. I asked not be charged and left without the food! The bathroom was disgusting floors were slick and no toilet paper, had to call my son to bring me some! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else!

Went at 8h30am on a friday. Had an AI chat bot take my order. Didn’t confirm my order at the end, I wasn’t even sure it got it right. Drove around, restaurant was closed, nobody inside. Why would they let the bot take orders?

Truly don’t understand how this Bojangles is still allowed to operate. Why did it take 20 minutes to get through a drive thru (literally 3 cars deep) when an automated voice took our order? The inside is disgusting which is why we decided to switch to the drive thru. Needs to be closed.

Extremely poor representation of Bojangles. The employees were laughing and joking in the back instead of working on food prep. It took 35 minutes to get my sandwich and side and the sandwich was missing all of the toppings. The soda machine was out of ice and tonic so all of the drinks were just warm syrup. When I told the employee they just said “Well okay” and walked off.

Put in our order with the AI drive through bot, which was awful and gave us an incorrect total (meaning the order was taken incorrectly). Then we get ti the drive through and they were CLOSED?!? No one inside, lights off.

Visited drive-through at this location around 9:30 p.m. on Monday night. An automated voice took and confirmed my fiance’s supreme order. I requested a Country Ham Biscuit and Peach Cobbler to which an associate promptly voiced they had none. All they had were Supreme Meals. I declined to order and opted for another establishment that still offered menu options at this hour.
