Not sure how they ran out of coleslaw before the dinner rush but they managed to do it, but thats a management issue. Chicken was less than fresh but thats expected from a chain like this. The worst part was seeing what was going on behind the service counter. You’d think they had a food fight with as much food there was all over the floors and service area, disgusting!

Always a crapshoot when you order food and they have you pull up. They forgot about me again, after 15 minutes I pulled to the window. Order had not been started. I had to wait another 15 minutes.

I go to this Bojangles probably the most of any fast food restaurant, I usually go on Monday then again on Thursday and then again on Sunday. Every time I go to food is top-tier the only time it isn’t is when maybe the fries are cold or the tea has no ice but that’s not that big of a deal The people here are friendly and make you feel like you’ve known them for years. I love Bojangles.

DOORDASH order‼️
Not sure why I keep giving this bojangles hope through the doordash app. 2nd time my order has either been missing items or poorly cooked. I asked for cinnamon twists with EXTRA icing& the photo below is what I received. Looks like they’ve been under heat since the restaurant opened @5am. Don’t get into the “jUsT gO gEt yOuR oWn FoOd” ordeal because I don’t care. DO BETTER. Don’t give someone food that you wouldn’t eat. Simple.

I went to a Bojangles the last time I visited the area it was lovely. That’s why I came back. The attendant taking my order at the drive thru seemed impatient. I didn’t get a straw for my drink , but didn’t realize until I was well on my way. This one, a different one I believe; wasn’t as together. I will still visit because people are allowed to have bad days, and my first experience was so pleasant.

I havent been to a bojangles locally since moving here a few months ago.. this is the worst bojangles Ive ever been to. Not only did we wait over 25 minutes, but somehow our chicken was dry and overcooked. There was one single drumstick in our family pack and the outside was rock hard. Ive never had harder, thicker chicken skin in my whole life.

Chicken, Biscuits and Sweet Tea… Oh My! The Boj on Memorial by Lowes in Greenville, NC is quite possibly as close to perfection as a Bojangles can be. Apart from the delicious chicken and.hand crafted biscuits, brought to life by Master Biscuit Makers, the staff is polite, amazingly fast and eager to ensure you have a memorable dining experience. And that Cinnamon Twist is fire!!!

Waited in the drive-thru for almost 12 mins. Asked for a Cajun cheese filet sandwich and got a cajun filet on a plate with cheese…No Buns! Then when I came back around they just gave me the buns not even offering to redo the whole sandwich. Was waiting for one sandwich for over 30 minutes.

Two stars because the service is trash but the biscuit maker is the only reason why I go to this one. I wish I can give him more than 5 stars but the service needs help. Plus they gave me some small tenders.
