Chicken is old, looks like a chunk of the leg was removed and it is also cold, cold fries, flat drink, picnic dirty rice full of water, ans i also had to pull back in from leaving the drive thru to run in because an individual fry was left out(the guy inside who helped me was super cool though and gave me my missing fry with no issue). I guess I’ll start going to parkers next door to this place since Bojangles can’t seem serve fresh food.
After eating 2 of the supremes I bite into the 3rd supreme and it’s raw! Completely unacceptable!
I have been a fan of your brand for quite some time but I will be the first the say that Bojangles has lost its way when it comes to quality. Quality is one thing but when you can’t uphold simple food safety standards that’s where I have a problem. You sell chicken and it has to be temped to ensure people do not get sick!
A very concerned (perhaps former) customer,
Poor Customer Service: The staff acted as though we were a burden simply for placing an order. There was no greeting, no smile—just a rushed, annoyed tone as if they had better things to do than serve paying customers.
Dirty Store: The dining area was filthy—tables covered in crumbs and sticky residue, floors littered with trash, and a foul smell lingering in the air. The soda station looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day. If this is how the visible areas look, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen.
Rude Staff: Every interaction felt hostile. When we asked a simple question about the menu, the employee rolled their eyes and gave a one-word answer. There was zero effort to make us feel welcome, let alone valued.
Horrible System: The ordering process was painfully slow and disorganized. It was clear the staff had no communication or structure, leading to long waits even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Orders were wrong, missing items, and no apology offered.
Overall, this visit was beyond disappointing. We came in expecting to try something new, but instead we left frustrated, grossed out, and regretting we even stepped inside. Bojangles, you lost new customers before you ever had a chance to win us over.
This Bojangles is the one closest to my home, I normally go here. The last few weeks the service has been a bit poor, primary at night/after 5pm. After my last experience, I will *not* be going back to this location, possibly not to another Bojangles in general.
On 09/25, I went through the drive through at 7:10pm. There was about two vehicles ahead of me. I order a BEC biscuit combo with bo rounds, the cashier said they were out of bo rounds so I had to get fries. Not a big deal whatsoever. I then ordered a cheddar bo combo with fries and an extra cheddar bo. I lastly add a supreme dinner with dirty rice. I was then pulled up, paid for my food and was handed my three sweet teas. After waiting about 10mins, they told me to pull into a parking spot and they will bring my food. 20ish mins go by, someone walks out telling me it would be another 20mins until I get my dirty rice. At this point I was a bit upset as I already paid for the rice and had waited over 20mins already. So I told them to substitute it for fries. Another 10mins go by, it’s about 7:45pm now and I’m finally handed a bag with biscuits and fries, and my supreme box. I start to check my food and notice the receipt on the supreme box is not even for my order. Apon opening it, that was not my order (thankfully it had the same items that were needed but they gave me someone else’s order). A few mins go by and I get a knock on my window and they are handing me another bag with fries in it. I then get home around 8pm, almost an HOUR after my initial order. I started to get the food out and notice I am missing straws, my BEC biscuit, and the extra cheddar bo. On top of the missing food, the tenders were cold!
I am absolutely livid with how I was treated by this Bojangles and I truly hope a supervisor or manager reaches out to me to further discuss.
