I love Bojangles food but the young women working the drive thru Dec 26 at 1:30pm cannot listen for the life of her. We couldn’t order without getting interrupted! Thankfully we had a good laugh about it but it was genuinely ridiculous. When we tried correcting our order we still got interrupted and only received half the corrected order. She just really needs to be retrained. Food was delicious as always!

This location is gettin a little slack. The cashiers don’t seem to care if they take your order. They don’t even ask if they can take your order. They just stare at you until you tell them you would like to place an order. The only time food is good at any Bojangles is between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, and 5:30pm to 6:30pm. After that you get heat lamp dried up food. The portions seem to be getting smaller, and smaller. The tenders were half the size they used to be in the past. Even the biscuits are getting smaller. I’ve even got a doughy biscuit the other day. Bon of the tables we clean even when there are no patrons in the establishment. This Bojangles could use some sprucing up.

I had not been to this particular Bojangles location in quite sometime because I don’t eat from fast food restaurants too often. However, remembering from time past, I remember this Bojangles being well rounded. Last week, I had such a craving for a cheddar bo biscuit, Bo rounds and a cinnamon twist. So I visited, and this Bojangles didn’t disappoint with the service and food.

(Drive thru)Ordered 2 cajun egg & cheddar biscuit combos. We said four or five times to PLEASE make sure it was the hoop cheese not regular cheese slice. Parked and looked inside to find regular cheese was on both of them. Receipt was correct – order was not) Returned inside and she started remaking and putting shredded cheese on the biscuits. I said that’s not the cheddar slices that are used on cheddarbo.. she said she was confused and got a coworker who showed her where the sliced cheddar was. She continued to put it on top of the cold shredded cheese. Handed me the bag. I check and it’s cold.
I asked her if she could heat up because the egg and cheddar were both cold. She was confused and went to ask for help. So I just left and said tell her not to worry about it. Got back and the borounds weren’t cooked all the way either (soggy/greasy). Bo rounds and fries were both placed in the bag upside down falling out into the bag. Also, the Texas Pete we asked for was not in the bag. Tea tasted spoiled like it came out of an uncleaned tea pitcher. Next time we want to spend $25, I’d go to a sit down restaurant over this bojangles. The 3 bo’berry biscuits were good.
I also emailed them and never got a reply.

I bought 2 sausage and egg biscuits and Bo Rounds. The Rounds were very good as usual, however the sausage and egg biscuit was very bland and near tasteless. The sausage itself didn’t have very much taste to it and the whole sandwich was somewhat dry. Before, the sausage was seasoned at Bojangles, but I guess they’re buying from a cheaper distributor.

Bojangles in Rocky Mount, North Carolina is pure southern comfort! The boneless chicken tenders are cooked just right, the dirty rice is full of flavor, and the homemade biscuits taste like they came straight out of grandma’s kitchen. The seasoned fries are golden and crisp, and nothing is better to add to your meal than their legendary sweet tea.
And don’t even get me started on the Bo-Berry Biscuits and cinnamon twists—warm, sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth good! Bojangles is more than a meal, it’s a taste of the South I’ll never get tired of.

The food is way better than the food on 301 Bojangles, but the customer service from the staff pretty much the same row young entitled, but the food is good. The line also moves a lot faster.

They did not forget the sauce or nun and the food was good but man the cashier. She was about 35-40 working the window around 12:30. They needs give her a break or sum bc she was hella rude and rushy for no reason. She owed me like 5 dollars and gave me it all in change. Half of it fell and she was like oops. I ain’t say nun bc ya know she handling my food but girl what’s wrong with you. On Sunday the lords day??
