Night shift can be better. I work down the road and when I get food here it’s never fresh. I asked for fresh chicken tonight I had a employee rudely commented on intercom it was always made fresh. Not true when I get tender or chicken it looks like its sat all day. Then when I got the order the lady looked like she hated having to make fresh. It was like 10:11pm not 11pmnso I’m not understanding why the attitudes tonight. I have worked fast food and I try to be respectful however I wasnt treated right and I am a regular customer. Hopefully management can talk to the night shift of how to do customer service.

I eat here a lot. Most of the time, it is fantastic. This trip however, was less so. I ordered the four piece Supreme dinner with fries and lemonade. The chicken was tasty and had the right texture but was not hot. The French fries were cold and were not fresh. The lemonade was very good. I arrived at 5:35 pm and it was moderately busy but the wait time was short. There was not a good reason for the state of the chicken or fries. I didn’t wait for them to address the issues but I am confident that they would have if I had given them a chance. The dining room was immaculate and the condiment area was well stocked and tidy. I will continue to eat here regularly.

My nephews and I had just finished playing basketball and decided to grab some food. We got to the restaurant around 8:50 PM—just before the inside dining area closed at 9, and the store closed at 10. I wasn’t expecting much, assuming the food might be old and the staff a bit rushed.
I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and of high quality, and the service was excellent. The manager, a middle-aged Black man, was extremely accommodating and professional. Even though we stayed past the dining room’s closing time, he handled it with understanding and good humor—unlocking the doors for us, joking around, and making us feel welcome.

Absolutely the best service, friendliest staff I have ever seen at a restaurant. most places especially fast food the employees do not seem to enjoy themselves and it shows in the service. Here however, the moment we walked in we were met with genuine smiles and absolutely the most pleasant experience ever. The food was also cooked to perfection. Food is pretty good. Extremely slow, disrespectful, and racist service. I ordered on the app 15 minutes before I walked into the store to pickup. The girl at the counter said they were still working on my order, ok it had already been 15 mins for a small order but whatever I’ll wait. I see my bag in the line and ask the worker if that is mine, which she confirmed. I then watched as The girl purposely assembled my order as slowly as possible (I get your job sucks but come on), but finally it was ready. Instead of just handing it to me, I was then instructed to go around the counter to another window. (Made no sense as she could have just handed it to me there, but whatever). When I arrived at the other window, before handing me my bag, the worker now asked for proof of my order on my phone. So unnecessary as the order was clearly for me, who else knows the name etc. I showed my confirmation email, but she said that wasn’t good enough and asked for me to open the app. Finally I handed her my phone and she looked through my app thoroughly and finally handed me my bag of food. This worker purposely wasted my time and made me jump through all her little hoops just to make herself feel powerful. I can’t help but think this is due to me being an attractive white woman, and the apparent anger this caused her. Be better girl. No my life is not perfect, but it’s definitely better than your miserable one.

I visited this location for the first time and was excited since I haven’t had Bojangles in months. I got a gravy bisquit with some bo tots rounds and an Arnold Palmer to drink. Although the food was tasty my order was wrong twice. The lady assisting seemed to be a manager or sorts but tried to argue about what I didn’t order. That was a bit off-putting but other than that, it was a decent experience. I will be back.

This new location is a much needed addition to the area… Although it is new, the layout is very standard and dated for the chain… Prices seem slightly higher than other locations… Customer service is okay but a bit sub standard… This BO will succeed more on the NC following and limited selection than on any wow factors… Perhaps that will change…
