Ordered two four piece supreme dinners and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with bo rounds. They only gave me two tenders in each box and the tenders were barely considered two individual tender, the fries were sparse and barely seasoned. I waited in line after paying for 20 mins on Bo rounds and drove all the way home. I payed two dinners and got barely one.

Not just this time, but every time I’ve been here, the fries have no seasoning and are stale. For it being 8am you’d figure the fries would be fresh but these are super crispy and the insides are stale which tells me they’ve been sitting in the bin for quite some time under the heat lamp. And why don’t they ever season the fries?? That’s the best part of Bojangles!!!

I originally ordered a Bo biscuit and they said they didn’t have any, that was fine so I ordered a chicken sandwich. We had to wait about 10 min to get our food while cars were passing us with their food. I ate a bite and it was completely raw. We went back in and got another sandwich. It took 20 min to get it and people who walked in got cheddar bo biscuits which is what they told us they didn’t have. A few bites into the 2nd sandwich I found that it was raw as well . We got a refund and the staff were helpful .

Great prices, good food, nice location, service a bit slow.
Fries are almost steak fries and yummy.
Chicken sandwich is good but would be a lot better if it had less spicy flavor. It’s not too hot, but the spices distract from the natural chicken goodness flavor.
Free parking and lots of parking.
Ate here on my way to camp legueune for MCT.
It’s a nice option but Chick-fil-A is better. This place may be cheaper.

Everytime I stop by this Bojangles the drive-thru is always backed up no matter what time of day it is. They also seem to run out of certain items like chicken supremes and bbq, and on top of that they almost always forget to put straws, dipping sauces, etc in your order. The food is good but the service is absolutely atrocious.

This Bojangles is very disappointing. The orders are never ready on time, and I always end up being asked to pull up and wait. Half the time, items on the menu aren’t even available, which makes it frustrating when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal. They really need to work on their consistency and availability, because right now it feels like you can never count on getting what you came for.

I share this disgusting picture because that’s exactly what Bojangles as an entire company has become. Disgusting. Hair in my food on multiple occasions, fries that have clearly been reheated, ask for extra seasoning and it’s like that’s a secret word to make sure the fries have zero seasoning on them. I accredit this dramatic decline in quality of food to the people they hire. Youngings, who care nothing about the quality of food they are serving their customers.

Needed a quick bite driving thru the area and this was quick access off 70, so we stopped. Service level was fine. However my biscuit was so hard, 1st bite it just crumbled. So disappointed. I ended up only eating the chicken. I should have checked before I was 5 miles away. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have turned around.

Absolutely horrible. Rude costumer service, didn’t get any of my 3 orders right, and the drive thru worker “Mimi” was more interested in gossiping than working. Everyone I interacted with was miserable and it showed. Again – they got ALL THREE of my orders wrong. That’s almost more impressive than knocking it out of the park. Already emailed corporate, this store needs a change in leadership.
