I don’t think that AI speaker in the drive-through is a good idea. Sometimes it gets orders wrong, and in my case it wouldn’t even allow me to add an item to my order. I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal to just drive up to the window and ask to add something for my son.
But apparently that was a problem.
The girl named Ashley and the rest of the crew acted like I did something terrible just for asking if I could add a blueberry biscuit to my order. Instead of simply saying no in a professional way, everyone behind the window had something rude or disrespectful to say. Ashley even closed the window so I could literally watch her and the crew talking and being disrespectful before she finally opened it back up just to tell me no in a rude tone and slam the window.
If the drive-through line is wrapped around the corner, that means the location is busy because of customers. Getting attitudes with people for asking a simple question isn’t the way to handle that. Either the AI system is causing confusion, or the staff needs better friendly employees or better training.
This experience honestly left me with a bad experience and makes me not want to come back to this location.

The service at this location is subpar at best. It takes about 5-10 minutes for someone to even open the window to greet you only to tell you to pull forward into the line of other cars waiting for their food. Almost every menu item is always sold out and if it happens to be in stock you will be waiting 20+ minutes for some seasoned fries.

The only reason they even got one star because I couldn’t put zero stars!! Disgusting food and terrible customer service. Received chicken that looked unhealthy to eat. Came back to the store to meet with the general manager, after speaking with the Night Shift Manager, and they still didn’t refund my money. Told me to go on the website and they will handle it. Disregarded everything I said. I felt so disappointed in the customer service. Also, there was an employee who had on gloves dealing with the food who went outside and came back in and proceeded to work with the gloves on. I used to love Bojangles back home but this by far is the WORST experience I have ever had with ANY restaurant. I am disappointed in Bojangles. They was one of my favorites, not anymore.

I went through the drive thru and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my food. This location is the slowest. I don’t know why I bother to ever stop here. It’s every single time. Everyone inside and in the drive thru is just sitting and waiting. I’ll probably be at an hour waiting and still won’t have my food. Avoid at all cost.

I went through the drive thru. The dinner menu says the combo comes with a drink. I ordered potato salad and fries for my side. When I get to the window to pay I’m told the drink does not come with the combo. The chicken was not fresh or hot and there was a 15 min wait which would make me late for work so I had no choice but to eat this B.S. When I got home I see mashed potatoes instead of potato salad. This is horrible service

I stopped by here around 1:20pm on a Monday afternoon to grab some lunch. I got my usual 3 piece tenders combo with medium fries. Oddly, they didn’t have any bbq sauce. The total was
$9.49. When I got my food, I looked at my fries and could tell they weren’t going to be good because of how brown they were. Ugh. I hate when they don’t give fresh fries. It’s so crazy because I’m sure if they were on the other side, they wouldn’t want trash fries -__- They were barely even warm. The tenders were hot and fresh, which was great. My biscuit was a little overcooked but not horrible. Bojangles’ is definitely a hit or miss. It’s sad they don’t have consistently.

This was just a good Bojangles! I changed the sides on both my meals, and they were nice about it! Food was also fresh! Wish there were all this good!!

I hadn’t been here in a while, so when I walked in and saw the places had a fresh, updated look, with new tables and chairs, I was pleased. Place looks really nice.
My food was hot and delicious. The Bo-rounds are my favorite thing there!
And this time, the cashier and lady getting the orders ready, was really friendly.
Some other times, no so much.
