Ash hunt
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! They failed to give me a drink or Cajun fillet biscuit that was included in my order. And then once I get home and begin eating I realize the rice I ordered is scorched!! You can not only taste it but visibly see the burnt pieces all through out it. And to make matters worst I call them to see what can be done and they’re phones are purposely disconnected!!! Will never be returning! And I’ll be calling corporate.

Paid $13 for half a Bo sized fries and 12 Bo bites, some of quarter at best. And if I were to count those, only have 11. Too many people standing around playing around to get an order incorrect also. Wrong dipping sauce. Close this location down. Get rid of the employees including managers and start over. I won’t be back

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Bojangles as the food is great! Chicken supremes are my favorite along side their season fries and legendary sweet tea. However, my experience today was very different and this is all focused around the customer service not the food. I have been going to this particular location ever since I moved back to Greensboro in 2017. This location has continuously messed up my order just about every time I’ve visited. Everything from missing items to the wrong order all together! However, I have been reserved in leaving a negative review because let’s be honest everyone makes mistakes. Today however was very different, I got my usual chicken supremes combo, the employee was handing me the bag and then my dipping sauces fell out the bag onto the pavement. I don’t know if she noticed but I politely asked if I could have replacements as they fell out the bag and hit the ground. She rolled her eyes at me and said nothing! I was in a hurry so instead of arguing I just put my car in park, opened my door, and picked up the sauces. This by far is sub par customer service and I highly advise management to address the issues if they want to continue to have returning customers. Oh by before I forgot, make sure you try their honey mustard, it is the best!

I rolled to Bojangles for the second time in a month. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before I could flag somebody down to take my order. I ordered the same thing I always have, the Cajun filet sandwich, dirty rice and a medium drink. The cashier kept interrupting me to ask if I wanted the combo. Finally got my order in and they brought me a Cajun filet biscuit. I took my tray back to the counter and told them I had asked for the sandwich. To fix the problem, instead of bringing me a Cajun filet sandwich, they literally brought me the bread to make my own sandwich, with no lettuce, mayo or anything else. I took my tray back to the counter and asked for a refund. They got the manager, who asked what happened. I couldn’t even tell the manager what happened without the girl that took my order running her mouth and literally making fun of me. The manager finally told her to stay quiet. She did make things right and apologized, which I appreciated. This should have never happened. Even after replacing my meal, the chicken was over cooked just like last time, and the dirty rice was extremely salty. They need to hire mature, competent employees. Having an immature brat like that handling my food makes me nervous. I will NEVER go back there again!

Bad experience today purchased a 5 piece tender and the fries tasted cold and like they had been fried in a week old grease horrible experience would rather not go to this location again… I’ma a chef so I know those fries had to be sitting for a while it’s ashamed I left disappointed from spending my hard earned money horrible quality in the food at this location

I came in to eat today. The weight was 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. We stood there. We talked to an employee who said they would come to help and then another five minutes went by. They said the reason was because they had to focus on the drive-through first.
No one wore hair nets people were behind the counter talking on the phone playing in their hair while with the food.
I think maybe retraining the management and employee staff will be helpful to ensure that the store is productive and becomes more productive
