Disappointing Experience at Bojangles – Consistent Stock Issues and Poor Management

I’ve visited this Bojangles several times between 8 PM and 10 PM, and each visit has left me frustrated. It’s incredibly disappointing to find that they are consistently out of stock on popular items like mashed potatoes and mac & cheese.

It feels like they are doing this on purpose so people will be discouraged to go through with there orders!

They also not even taking orders they’re making all the customers talk to an AI bot to put orders in making it a frustrating experience

Then, when you pull up to the window, all you can see is a bunch of women always looking bad at all the customers like they a problem very aggressive and agitated will work. You can tell that they gossiping and hate looking at customers. The staff seems unmotivated, and the management is the laziest I’ve encountered. They clearly have no idea how to run the place efficiently. During a late-night drive-through visit, I was met with unhelpful attitudes each time it never changes and a lack of basic food items, despite having an hour left before closing….. says a lot about the laziness

Customers are treated like an inconvenience, making the experience uncomfortable. I strongly believe management from corporate needs to be assessed and held accountable. Sending undercover personnel to observe the operations during these hours could reveal just how poorly things are being managed.

I hope this feedback prompts some necessary changes to improve food availability and customer service.

This is my third visit to this location. Each time was takeout from the drive through. Just a heads-up. Your order is taken by an automated voice recognition system. At first I was a little set back by it. However, now that I’ve been through it three times, I will say it is very accurate. I have never had to repeat anything. It really seems to speed up the drive thru. As far as the food, it was hot and very tasty. The lady at the window was super friendly. She had my order in her hand when I pulled up. If I’m in the area it is my goto breakfast spot.

I just drove from Washington DC to North Carolina passing through and we decided to stop here to get breakfast. The automatic service for the drive-through was giving out inaccurate information so I decided to go in. Upon going in, I needed to use the restroom. The restaurant was highly disgusting And unsanitary to the point where it looks as though no one has cleaned this, but the staff members are all upfront having great conversations about outside activities. When I approached the young lady about my concerns, she acted as it wasn’t a problem for the restroom to look that way, and had an attitude after I stated that the bathroom Is disgusting. If the staff members can do all of that talking about non-work related activities, someone can clean that bathroom in addition to that where the food was it was also dirty as well. How can you serve food to the community if the counters are not even clean where the food is.

Absolutely terrible excuse for a restaurant. The AI taking your order seems to be the only employee that can do something correct here. The humans suck. Gave me the wrong order in the drive through. Went inside to show my receipt to get it corrected and they acted like they couldn’t csre less. Took them about 5 minutes to finally give me what I thought was the right order but still did not have my green beans. After they finally read my receipt I showed when I walked back in they finally got it right. The whole time they made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience for them to correct my order. No apology or anything. Just completely rude and disrespectful. I know it’s just fast food but people deserve to get what they pay for. Corporate needs to take a long look at this location and determine if this is how they want to be represented.

Slow service no one working at the front counter 12 minute wait.

Food quality was good a tad dry.

There was a young kid or young adult waiting to be interviewed. The shift manager or assistant manager on duty came out after a bit and said sorry the manager isn’t in today come back tomorrow.

No one on staff at least 4 or more looked happy to work there.

Bathroom was clean and the rest of the restaurant was well lit.

This Bojangles needs help. They always run out of macaroni, burnt chicken, fries taste like they poured the whole can of Cajun season on it, got a 8 piece only one leg, mostly thighs (not an equal mix), dirty window, just not a great place to spend your money. They really need to pay better attention to food preparation and customer service

Arrived at 2:00 PM on a mild fall Saturday. The dining room was empty, yet every table had food crumbs on it. The tea that was spilled at the drink station had dried to leave a stain. No one greeted us and we stood at the register for a while until an employee came over to take our order. The napkin containers were empty. But the food was still pretty good.

Young lady in the first window was nice but she would be as she tasted your money. The young ladies serving you your food have rude and immature attitudes. They rather make faces at you than ask you what you need. Fries were fresh though

Now, this is by far one of the best Bojangles around. My food has always been perfect. Thanks for that you guys. My brother and I would always stop by to eat and chat after I got off work on 3rd or on the weekends. They are so awesome that chicken and side were up and ready for purchase at 8am. My brother loves that. Keep up the good work you guys!!!

this bojangles branch is NOT it! i bought 8 pc family meal. came home and ready to eat only to find out that the chicken and biscuits they gave me were burnt. ALL OF IT! whoever put my food together obviously knew what he/she was doing and the manager was there in the kitchen with them. the oil that was used to fry the chicken was definitely old. that first bite was not pleasant at all. i cant believe yall do yalls customers like that especially after charging me $34.67 for the food i ended up throwing in the trash.
