My family placed our order. The cashier literally walked away before my husband could get money out of his wallet. She did not come back either. She proceed to go to the dining area and cleaning (soaking) tables. While my daughter and I was getting our drink I said to my husband who was still standing there to pay, “that is ridiculous” . Another employee who was preparing food asked what was wrong. So my husband told he is was trying to pay. At that point he finally was able to pay for our food.

I ordered a sweet tea it wasn’t sweet at all. When trying to order the lady was talking over us. She wouldn’t listen and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. She then brought are food out as slow as possible not picking her feet up once and basically tossed it into my husbands hand saying “here” in a rude tone and walked back inside. I use to like bojangles but the quality of everything has gone down to the point that I don’t even see why their doors are open. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars for service I would. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Picked up 3 comb meals Around 630pm The chicken was hard it was so hard we threw some of it in the trash. I have never
gotten anything from this Bojangles until today that has been not cooked correctly I can’t see why they served it they had to know it was too hard. You all need to do better. I paid almost thirty dollars for this meal and half went to the trash

The young girl operating the drive thru window wasn’t exactly pleasant, although not entirely rude. She didn’t smile, responded with a bland “yeah”, and seemed irritated. Perhaps she wasn’t feeling well. As she filled a drink order for someone behind me, the drink ran down the side of the cup. She first wiped in on her pants, then she slid her hand down the side of the cup. Much of the liquid remained on the cup, but I never saw her get a napkin for a proper clean up. I ordered and was charged for a 3 piece meal. Upon reaching my destination, I realized there were only 2 pieces of chicken in the box. From my observations, another worker inaccurately completed this order. All food ordered (more than previously mentioned) tasted as if it had been under the heat lamp for quite a while. They were not busy at the time of my visit. Hopefully, this isn’t the norm for this site. Based on other reviews, I may have caught them on an ‘off’ day.

Woke up craving Bojangles. I’m on a long car trip, and after searching forever, I finally found one. At this point, I was starving! First thing I noticed: the place was practically a geriatric love shack. I ordered the Chicken Supremes, and they were ridiculously tiny—more like bite-sized snacks than a real meal. The biscuit was burnt and cold, and the fries were clearly from the bottom of the barrel—limp and barely warm. For a place known for its fried chicken and biscuits, this was a huge letdown!
