Where do I start, this place is completely filthy, drink and tea counter, the tubs they keep creamer in near the forks and spoons Were completely nasty. The floors look like they haven’t seen a mop in weeks, with black shoe prints and dirt, along with napkins and Other debris on the floors. The rims around the trash containers and ketchup and other stuff all over them and clearly have not been wiped down recent. there was not one table that was suitable to eat on unless the customer cleaned it first, which I seen two other couples cleaning their own table before they sit down. As good of a place this is to eat I cannot believe management don’t have any more concern about the appearance and cleaning this place. Maybe after reading this someone will do something about it. A total disgrace to Bojangles.

It was about 15 mins before they closed I ordered a 3 piece leg meal 2 cajin chicken sandwiches, and a fry, and for the 3 piece leg meal I got 1 breast 2 wings, and for the 2 cajin chicken sandwiches, I got 2 of some kind of chicken sandwiches, and my fry was not in bag I went back around through drive thru and got back to window told them my fry was not in the bag they told me I didn’t order a fry I know I did but I said can I get a fry then they told me no we have turned our fryers off so I went to cook out and ordered fries, crazy I had to do that. It was a horrible experience probably want go back there. Needles to say we didn’t eat that food that night I have very picky kids so after all of that I had to fix us something else to eat..

I got a 3 piece dinner meal and somebody took a bite out of my chicken leg!!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Will NEVER come back here again. I’ve never in my life had an experience like this before. I’m disgusted and the service is awful. The staff is rude 90 percent of them!! The manager was nice about it and gave me my money back but this was unacceptable! Will not return ever again!!! Beware when eating at this location. From the service to the food it’s went downhill terribly.

This place is horrible for breakfast. Takes forever just to get one biscuit. Then, when you get that biscuit, you realize that no one there in the morning knows how to make a biscuit. Flat, tasteless disc’s with very little actual food on it. Most of the food tastes like it has at under a heat lamp for long periods of time. Something needs to change. You can’t be saying you have breakfast and can’t get the main ingredient right. Bland and tasteless. There are better bojangles out there but this one isn’t it
