It was old and dry
This is my second review my girl asked me if I wanted a chicken sandwich from Bojangles and I said sure when she got it home I thought ? Mmmmm I’m ready to eat and when I opened it up again I was disappointed it was old and dry and you could tell it had been sitting around a while before I got it it had a big glob of mayo right in the middle of the chicken so I got a taste of old yellow mayo right in the middle of the sandwich ewww I think I will stay away from from this Bojangles as a whole not because I don’t like Bojangles just because every time I have been there it was not satisfying they should hire me as the manager and let me get it right and there would not be reviews like this I promise

I waited in drive thru for over 6 minutes. But I normally really like their biscuits. It was ice cold when I got down the street. I saw her take it off the tray and wrap it. Can’t they tell when the biscuits are cold? This is second time. I didn’t call them but eat at this location check everything before you leave. I’ll eat at a different location.

They were out of Supremes and fries. We ordered biscuits instead. The biscuits were hard. The Mac and cheese was dry. The music was terrible. The floors and tables were dirty. Trash beneath most tables. We weren’t satisfied with this visit.

Never ate at one of these but I was really surprised, it was very good. Had it Bo berry biscuit with egg and sausage. If we had these in New Jersey people would never go to McDonald’s for breakfast again. The two ladies at the register that took my order were super nice, southern hospitality!!!

When you’re waiting and your stomach starts growling, it’s time for food! My son had an hour long therapy appointment, so I went up the street and got some breakfast.
I arrived around 10:20am on a Monday morning. The drive thru line wasn’t long, but I opted to go inside. Once inside, I observed there to be two or three parties sitting down eating and one person in line ahead of me that was ordering their food.
I ordered a sausage biscuit combo with fries and sweet tea. The total was $5.35.
While waiting for my food to get ready, I went to the condiments and utensils area to grab napkins and get my drink. There were no napkins in the containers and the sweet tea container was empty. They had to give me sweet tea from the back. My food was ready in less than two minutes after ordering.
My fries were perfect ! They were fresh and had a whole bunch of seasoning, just like I like them! I ate them on the drive back, lol. My sweet tea was alright. It could’ve been sweater. My biscuit was a little over cooked. I can’t be the only one who likes soft biscuits. Nonetheless, I ate it because I was hungry.

The workers were quick and friendly. The store clean. While my husband’s chicken was slightly overcooked, the rest of the food was great.

Everyone was nice as usual, however the fries this time were some of the limpest fries I’ve seen in fast food anywhere, like they had been in the warmer for a half hour and just soaking all the oil in. Yall have and can do better.

This was my very first visit to Bojangles, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitudes from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome. The store itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which is always a great first impression when trying out a new restaurant.
I was impressed by how organized everything was, from the counter area to the seating. The environment was inviting, and the service was both quick and efficient. Even though it was my first time, I felt completely comfortable ordering and asking questions.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing! Everything I ordered was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides were just as delicious. I was also surprised by how many menu options there were. Whether you’re in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s something for everyone.
