Been to this Bojangles at least 50 times, I will no longer be going back. Time and time again the service is horrible, food is always old or died out. You can taste the old oil in the food, it’s a disgusting taste. Plus you never feel like you get the portion sizes you ordered.

Placed a mobile order 45 minutes ago. They marked it as ready (so there stats would look good I’m sure) but I sat there for 35 minutes, called in twice and THEN finally got my food. Stuff happens. I’ve managed a few restaurants myself. But to come outside, hand me my food, and not say a single word? No apology? NOTHING? This store needs a serious wake up call. No wonder the reviews are so bad. P.S. I ordered sweet tea. This is pink lemonade.

I should have read the reviews first. Biscuit was hard. Chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. Worst of all, I ordered dirty rice and what I received is not the dirty rice you expect.
It was extremely soggy/watery and no sausage bits at all. I poured most of the water off and the rice had no flavor.

This is the last time I am stopping at THIS Bojangles. It’s always a ridiculously long wait for FAST FOOD but it’s on my route home from work. This evening I have sat in a line of ONLY 3 cars including mine for over 20 minutes with no explanation.
I would say do better but it the service here just keeps getting worse.

I was hoping the automated attendant for the drive thru would improve over time, but unfortunately it hasn’t. It continually tries to upsell, ask unnecessary questions and make the ordering process longer. DEFINITELY not a customer centric approach.

Skeleton crew, 20 minutes waiting for an order, cash only (credit card system down) No biscuits, no bone-in chicken, overcooked chicken, no straws, no napkins, no utensils, no sauces, missing sauces, wrong sauces, no sides, wrong sides, missing sides, old, overcooked fries, no tea, wrong drinks, wrong size drinks, and AI takes your order with no recap to confirm your order details before you have to pull forward. These are a few things that have happened to us when attempting to visit this Bojangles. Our order is wrong every time. I can’t remember a time when everything on the menu was available and they fulfilled our order accurately. Never going back. We’re done with this place. Such a shame. We love Bojangles but not this location. Great looking, fairly new restaurant, in a great location to be successful. And they’re blowing it. Don’t know how they’ve managed to stay in business.

Absolutely the dirtiest Bojangles I have ever seen. Soon as we walk in the door a female employee looks at us and says she is not helping us. The gentleman who did help us was polite but then it was even more downhill after that. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, stuff all over the floors. Then the drink dispenser was overflowing water everywhere, sweet tea dispenser was just empty in the corner. All trash cans were overflowing. No napkins in napkin holders. Next the dining room had a layer of grease on every table, all window seals had dead bugs, food and trash on 1/3 the tables. It literally looks like nobody has cleaned this place in months. After sitting down and taking this all in I decided it’s probably a bad idea to try the food so just left it on top of overflowing garbage cans. I usually like to give places a fair chance but this is just pure laziness by the employees, half them were just sitting around and talking. The health department needs to stop here ASAP.

This place is so bad it is almost laughable. I ordered a chicken supreme meal in the drive through and they gave me no fries or a biscuit. When I tried to go in they had all the doors locked (at 12:30 pm on a Friday). They have an AI chatbot taking orders and possibly the slowest drive through in the history of mankind. This is the first google review I have ever left a restaurant, because of how many times I have had a bad experience here. At least I’ve learned my lesson after this time.

I’m really surprised and curious how this business has managed to survive in town for so long. Every time I stop by to order some of their popular meals, either the fried chicken is sold out or sides like dirty rice are unavailable. I used to think the McDonald’s just half a mile away was the worst, but I was totally wrong. This Bojangles has completely broken my bottom line for poor fast-food operations. Although the staff keep apologizing, it’s truly bizarre in the fast-food industry that every single visit and order has some kind of issue.
