This location was so cleaned and cashier was so friendly. Items and drinks well organized. I was impressed because I have visited other bonangles and my experience has not been as good as this one. Kudos to cashier Ivette. I will definitely come back.

Adrian was amazing. I went in with my husband to order and he took the time to not only get our order right but also helped me order what I wanted in a way that took our bill down more than $10! He was polite and courteous and I wish his boss was there because I would have recommend that he get a raise!!!

Went there for my lunch break I’m only allotted 30 minutes. It took them 31 minutes to get me to the window once I got there. They gave me the wrong order while the manager and the woman that was working the window keeping in mind the woman that was working the window never changed her gloves very unsanitary. She touched everything from boxes to trash to money anyways that being said her and the manager decided they were gonna argue because I asked for a refund after sitting there for 46 minutes and I’m late for work and then acted like I was in the wrong for asking for my money back will not go again. Don’t suggest also my clients have also told me that they have gotten food poisoning from this establishment after I got back to work. Have a nice day

Man I don’t know what it is with every other Bojangles and my Cajun biscuit with lettuce tomato mayo, they always forget something or are visibly upset that they gotta add stuff to it, but this one, not only did it perfectly, with it tasting amazing, but seems to have no issue with it, this is the only Bojangles I’ve been to more then once that hasn’t messed up my order, great management too!! A week or so ago they made a really big order on the wrong day because there machine printed it out, and the manager on duty immediately went to the local PD with it, great place.

My husband went up to get food for me. They gave him a sandwich with the wrong toppings, he went inside to ask them to fix it, they told him well you got 2.00 upcharge for free with us adding bacon and cheese because someone new messed up. They did remake it but no without having something to say about. Also, he paid for extra Bo Sauce and wasn’t given any. When he asked for it the woman manager said, “Really come on man.” Like it was an issue to give him something he paid for. The food was good but the customer service experience wasn’t great for that I can give 3 stars.

They forgot to put the chicken breast on the sandwich and had the audacity to accuse me of removing it off the sandwich! Manager was definitely high on something. She immediately yelled out,..oh NO NO No ,…sir where is my bird? If she would have put the breast on the bun there would have been traces of chicken or indentations of it being there. But nope the buns were flat with only mayonnaise and 2 pickles.They need to be drug tested especially that manager. At that point i was insulted and dealing with unprofessional rude people. Completely unacceptable behavior! Being the only black person in the restaurant, I felt targeted by such a silly accusation.

The food was horrible! They didn’t provide biscuit in supreme order. The wings and thigh were over cooked. Too hard. No straws were provided. The cashier didn’t return my card until I asked for it. For 25.00 I’m pissed. NEVER AGAIN!

Do you guys genuinely just hate your job?? Especially the lady with a full grown mustache. Why is it that every time I go to this location I am met with horrible attitude and recently half done food?? Burnt dry chicken + burnt dry biscuit + no frosting on my cobbler. Disgusting. Warning – STAY AWAY! Worst BJs in the state. Waited half an hour for fries to cook today, they came outside asked me what I was waiting for and then brought me old fries. I asked for a refund and the manager asked if she could give me an IOU. What ever that is. I threw the food away and went home with no resolution to the problem.
