I recently visited the Bojangles at 915 Hwy. 66 South in Kernersville, NC, and I have to say—it’s easily one of the best Bojangles locations I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their roles well. My order was taken quickly, the food was hot and fresh, and everything was served on a tray with care. The indoor dining area was clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating available.
I ordered the fried chicken meal with seasoned fries and a biscuit, and everything hit the spot. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, the fries perfectly seasoned, and the biscuit lived up to the hype—warm, fluffy, and buttery. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in getting things right.
Even during peak hours, the team kept things moving efficiently. I especially appreciated that they made accommodations for guests when the dining area was closed, which speaks volumes about their customer service. As a bonus, there’s plenty of free parking, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
While it’s not the most vegetarian-friendly spot, meat lovers will be more than satisfied. Bojangles in Kernersville has definitely earned a repeat visit from me.

Drive thru was wrapped around the building but moving steadily. Staff was so friendly and went over and beyond to open the door and use my name. There were two people cleaning and everyone was working together happily. The dinning room was spotless and condiment station fully stocked and clean. Very impressed! Keep it up!

I stop there after church to pick up food. I order a 12 piece meal. Got home no biscuits… . Call & talk to a real nice guy, lucky my husband was on the way home from his bus route, told the guy he would get them for me. So I started to serve our meal. No chicken breast at all in the meal. 4 wings, 4 leg & 4 thighs. I call back again this time I ask for a manager to speak with . O I’m sorry but we didn’t have any chicken breast . I said you should have informed customers that you didn’t have any breast left. I’m so sorry. If you bring it back we will refund you your money. I said really, they that like dark meat are already eating. I can’t do that now. Extra wing, leg & thighs was going to make up for , 3 chicken breasts. Call about screwing the customers, I give you a 5 star on that. I told the lady have a Merry Christmas! I will never go back there again! So wrong to do people that way !!!!!!

Thought i would give the store on 66 another try. Went through thru and ordered bo rounds. Payed and pulled to pickup. They asked if I could park and manager would bring out order. I waited 20 minutes (they forgot) and walked inside and got my order and left. We have had several problems in quality with this store. I have started going to Bojangles in Oak Ridge where quality is fantastic.

It’s difficult to know what to say when it takes nearly twenty minutes for the crew on staff to sort your order. This is especially exhausting when you’re credit card has been used to pay for another patron’s order, you’ve been given items from an order that doesn’t belong to you and that the crew member working the window won’t take back, and the employees working the drive-thru are still struggling to determine what to give you. This location is disorganization at its finest.

To begin. The food is good, however the staff is aloof. After waiting in line for 10 min with 6 people who already ordered and were waiting, I had to wait 20 min for a chicken biscuit. The atmosphere in this place is like a funeral home. Staff has no clue about prep or line cooking. Sad.2nd post went back to an empty restaurant staff aloof as I gets. Paid for my meal and waited 20 mins for my food meanwhile 4 online orders, and 8 drive thru orders were served. At this poi t ill never go back to any bojangles. Thx for nothing you’ve lost a customer of 45 years

This place took 45 minutes to make my DoorDash order AFTER the driver got there. The food was cold, they forgot multiple items. I will never go back to this location. The Union Cross location and the Walkertown location are way better options.

We stopped at the Bojangles on Hwy 66 Kernersville around 8am to grab some breakfast and were welcomed by the staff. The cashier and servers were very pleasant and friendly. HOWEVER, THE APPEARANCE! This restaurant was BEYOND FILTHY! The floors were nasty and the tables were dirty. It was obvious that the crew that worked the night before DID NOT CLEAN THE RESTAURANT BEFORE THEY LEFT FOR THE NIGHT. I refuse to blame the cleanliness of this restaurant on the morning crew….it was too filthy and messy to have been caused that early in the morning. I hope the GM and manager of this Bojangles location really have a discussion with their teams about cleanliness and overall restaurant appearance.
Overall our experience was ok. The morning team had great service but they should not take the blame for the appearance of the restaurant as I am sure they walked into it when they arrived.

I sat in line for a whole 30 minutes. Nobody is inside the building. The store opens up at 6 AM. It is 1125 and nobody is in this building at all. Nobody’s taking orders. Nobody’s passing out food. There’s not a single person in this building doors are locked in everything this is unacceptable
