I placed a delivery order for a sausage and egg combo and a egg and cheese combo. I got cheese on my sausage and egg biscuit and bacon on the egg and cheese combo. The receipt clearly has what I ordered. Ive given this location several chances and they are still horrible. I will no longer go or order from this location.

Food was good.. supremes had sat under a light for awhile.. Big difference than if they were fresh. Would be nice to have tea self service. Rather than have to wait several minutes to get someone to get for you… I asked for un sweet, she gave me sweet.. had to wait more for her to get another… all could have been avoided if it was self serve like other Bojangles…
Also curious.. Thay ask if dine in or take out, then put it all in a bag?

Sat outside for almost 20 minutes for burnt rock hard biscuits. The manager came out to his car and while out there we were trying to get around someone who was backing out of the line. In our attempt to get out of the way, the manager is fussing and cursing at our car, not paying attention to the children in our car or to the fact that we’re trying to get out of the way. Disgusting. My husband and I came to this Bojangles at around 9:40 hoping to place our order inside we weren’t planning on eating there we just like going inside to place our order. I see my husband not walking into the door and I’m wondering what’s going on someone is standing there and talking to him he Has a conversation with this person and then walks back to the car. He tells me that there were 3 employees in the dining room and one of them or 2 of them I’m not really sure of the details there but he was told that the dining room was closed. Mind you the sign on the door says the dining room closes at 10 PM and it is now 9:42. He asked them when they closed and he said he was told that they closed the dining room whenever they lock the door. He was told that he could go in there and be in the dining room but they wouldn’t take his order. He told me that he walked away and they were laughing at him which I found to be incredibly irritating and unprofessional. As we were driving around the building to get from where we were parked to the exit the 2 of the employees were coming up to the windows to watch Us drive away. They were staring at us and laughing as we were leaving and one of them held eye contact with me the entire time I was driving by the side of the building. It was the snarkiest, most unprofessional attempt at intimidation from her. These are the type of people you hire? The staff used to be so nice and now we just encountered an immature group of unprofessional kids who were poorly trained and feel its okay to laugh at and attempt to intimidate their customers, they will surely be the downfall of this location.

I wish I could give this no stars, my wife decided to go inside and order food to take home at 9:45 pm, when I went towards the register I heard three (2 girls and one guy) people hanging out in the front of the store sitting down, and the cashier with the headset said that they are closed and I had to use the drive thru, I repeated to her what she told me and she was hesitant and told me that the dine in is open but I can’t order and the drive thru is open. One of the other employees was upset and was telling the cashier just to say that they are closed, I the noticed the time and asked the employees what time do you guys closed and the cashier responds when we close the doors. I heard the three employees laugh as I stepped out side and took a snapshot of the hours, proceeded to my car where I informed my wife about what just happened. We were about to go through the drive thru and decided to go to the mcdonalds down the road instead , best decision because as we were driving around to exit the parking lot all three of the employees where coming up to the glass in the dining room to look us down like they where trying to intimidate us. To be honest, I would not have trusted those employees to make our food and don’t even feel any sense of being welcomed att his restaurant, this place has been going down hill and I think that was the straw that broke the camels back

This is the best Bo’s I’ve been to in a long time. I was greeted at the door and she acted liked she wanted to take my order. We even joked about New Year’s.
She brought food to table and asked if we needed anything else. Food was fresh and hot.
This was the service I received from Bo’s prior to 2020 and haven’t seen it since. Keep up the good work, because the rest of the Greensboro locations have forgotten about the old Bo’s way.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I stopped going to this location for over a year. Decided recently I’d give them a try again. First couple of times customer service was pleasant, so I thought they had hired new staff. Last 3-4 interactions have been absolutely awful. They have one lady that works the window in the morning and she has a nasty attitude, not one has she been pleasant to deal with. Prayers that whatever is going on in her life she seeks the healing and peace she possibly deserves. However, I will never patronize this location again.

I’m not sure why but the lady that runs the drive-thru every Friday through Sunday always has the nastiest attitude and I have said something before about her copping an attitude with my 13-year-old. It’s really draining, I get customer service because I have done it for 5 plus years but this is uncalled for. Like bending my cup lid because you’re so mad that you’re having to hand over a drink and rolling your eyes at me is poor customer service especially when I’m a regular customer that always treats you with kindness.
The ladies that run the drive thru on Monday through Thursday mornings are wonderful but this one…she needs to go.

I came in at around 7-8 pm, as I was waiting for my order I see a worker walk out of the bathroom, the male, light skinned manager starts yelling at her saying she isn’t allowed to use the bathroom. and that she was on her phone, funny, I saw the manager on the phone earlier. That didn’t sit right with me so I called and made a complaint and the manager answered .. “I didn’t say that doeeee”.. very unprofessional. This location is extremely understaffed and management seems horrible.
The wait is long and the quality of the food isn’t the same as other bojangles, maybe if they didn’t have 2 workers practically running the restaurant things would be different. I don’t think yelling at teens doing their best is helping
