This place is the absolute worst I have no idea how they are still open. They got my order wrong and gave us the wrong things. On top of that the chicken is rock hard I wish I was kidding when I say that, I had no idea that they served fried rocks. Most of the Bo bites had no chicken. I hope this place closes down so they can replace with literally anything else.

Well after the long long wait if Bojangles being closed for a remodel an everything was new then maybe better quality food. But unfortunately seems to be back to the same old ways not checking the quality of food before wrapping it to be bagged for the customer who was hubby an me …I got the 2 for $5 sausage Egg biscuit and 1 egg&cheese biscuit medium fry.
I asked for borounds said it be a five min wait but was told fresh fries so I went with it hoping not to wait to long being I was the only car to be helped…Got to the window to pay you g lady just said price took my card an that was it. I spoke up an tried to chat a second with the girl but she didn’t wanna speak so then she does speak up an tells me to pull into space one while I wait for my food to be made fresh…ok then why can’t i get the bo rounds if I’m waiting for fresh food?? Didn’t like that at all.
Secondly I had to wait even longer than five mins that would of been the borounds … young girl finally comes with the food drive out to me then I go straight to the house husband unwraps his sausage Egg biscuit an something is all over it that shouldn’t be on it ….he was so disappointed ☹️ as I was when I unwrapped mine an it was a egg that was bigger greaser than the biscuit and more cheese on the wrapper than the biscuit…so disappointed today.
The sausage Egg biscuit looked like strawberry jelly was dropped onto it, but jelly comes sealed in individual packets..hubby said looked like old grease from the flat top but I’m like oh no definitely couldn’t be if they just recently opened an have all new appliances and utensils well I would hope so
When there was no line an told fresh food that’s what I expect not to be unsatisfied an annoyed all over again like it was before. Bojangles please learn that if your not gonna eat it then don’t serve it to the customer..your a restaurant that needs to follow standards better than at your house standards…you loose business that way so let’s be professional employees

Watch your charges!
I went through the drive through on 3-2-26. I got charged for my order at 5:43pm. Per my credit card statement I also got charged for another order at 5:46pm.
I’m all about paying it forward, however only if authorized.
I did call and speak to the ast manager when discovered and was asked to dispute with my bank and he will review the cameras.
Again, watch your charges!!

This Bojangles uses an AI for their drive-through, AI does not replace humans the entire experience ordering food was a ai assistant that was very ad upcharge oriented. The positive was the friendly interaction with the employees at the window. Who were able to assist them n my order that the bot was incapable of doing.

So this location recently had a remodel. I had been coming here off and on for the past 5 years or so since we started coming to the area. I am the biggest Bojangles proponent in the world. It’s important I note that because I talk it up all the time whenever I’m hanging out with family out of town or whatever. I think it was important to state that simply because I would love for Bojangles to take over the world.
That being said, I will not go back to this site in the future. Which is a real hassle since there are not a lot of options in the immediate vicinity. They have the AI voice in the drive-thru and you can’t tell remotely if you are ordering correctly or not. I had to change the order but the AI is just not good with that once you have already stated what you want. Plus after I pulled around there was a complete air of indifference from the people inside, and it seemed like I was kind of ignored. I think this whole setup is completely horrible for the business and I thought other larger chains that had tried it had seen that it was an issue and I have no idea why this location would try and pull this crap.
So that’s it, the food is pretty decent here (I’m slightly ignoring that the biscuits were a bit dry) and it’s a Bojangles if you like that.

The food at the location is just terrible every time. Burnt biscuits, sausage looks like it had been sitting in grease, hard tenders. First photo is this morning. Second is 4 months ago. Other than the employees are a little nice food is still not worth even giving away.

18 dollars and some change for 2 cajin biscuits and a fry?? Never got recept to see what it cost. Young girl working looked pissed off to be there. Nobody behind me in line but still wanna make you pull in parking spot to wait. I’ll never go back , yalls prices are sky hi and service and food suck.

We have not been treated better anywhere else at Bojangles. The service was magnificent by the manager Kim. We had to wait for our order to be ready, which was huge, so they gave us free food for the wait.
