I went to the Bojangles near my house 1909 N Church St, heard about the new fish sandwich, couldn’t wait to try it, l went to the drive thru, placed my order, waited in line for 20 minutes, only to finally get to the window and the young man said to me “did you order the fish sandwich ” l said yes, he then said “the buns for the fish sandwiches are frozen” so l asked him why didn’t you say that when l placed the order, I’ve waited in line 20 minutes, he didn’t say a word he just stared at me, didn’t even offer an apology like it was my fault, some young people just have no respect and don’t care about their customers at all, l still like Bojangles but I’ll go to another location next time

The beans tasted dry and bottom of the barrel like. The biscuit was cold and dry. The chicken was good but it was not hot or warm. Worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The atmosphere is standoffish.

very busy, friendly service, but both drinks were unsweet It was supposed to be sweet tea. Chicken biscuit was horrible. Could not get one sweet potato pie was given a blueberry biscuit. Also horrible wish I had kept going. Spent almost $30 for nothing.

Ordered food through the DriveThru was told 15 minute wait after I had paid. It took 40 minutes to get my food and I had to walk in to finally get served. The chicken had a burnt taste. The sides were cold. Their 2.8 rating is correct. It has to be the worse bojangles in the Country.

I went in and order some fresh chicken, which he said he getting ready to cook some. i said fine i can wait bc i wanted some hot chicken. i order breast and wing cream potatoes and gravy .? I knew this was not looking good bc they were very short of help i got some very hard chicken and potatoes and sausage gravy and fries which i didn’t order. The waiter was very nice thou, but they need to get it together, the restaurant was very clean and neat and empty.

Service at this location is really bad. Food was burnt. I ordered a 3 pc which is 2 thighs an 1 leg. I received a leg, a thigh and a wing. Manager argued that it was a 3 pc. Not what the menu says. Food was cold. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Cashier and manager was very rude!!

It took them 40+ minutes to make a chicken sandwich for me. Every car that was in line had 25+ minutes wait times. When I got to the window they were still cooking my chicken. Evidently they were cooking each order as they got it. I did order the chicken nuggets first and they were out of those.

Fries are never seasoned well, recently my sweet tea tasted like sprite?? Ordered 5pc chicken supreme and got 3. If this is the bojangles on exit 145 then skip it and go to one on exit 141
