Y’all seem to have really good shift in Friday lunch rush. Quick service fresh food. However the dining area had no one attending and a few crumbs were here and there on the chairs and table. I tried the Apple crisp and just wish I had some ice cream to go with it.

Don’t go eat here after 8 idk who they got making this food but the fries were salty sweet tea had a ton of sugar in it my Cajun club chicken on my sandwich was dry and old almost like it’s been sitting for hours and this is like the 3rd time I’ve gotten a sweet potato pie that didn’t have the cinnamon butter on top of it y’all gotta hire some actual grown people instead of these young people that don’t wanna do the job right smh that was my last time ever going there by the way the sweet potato pie was old

Has AI taking orders and still can’t get the food right. Also what’s the point in AI taking the order when you’re still slow??? Took forever and this is my “sausage, egg, and cheese” biscuit and the tea taste dirty. Likely from a uncleaned machine or dirty ice. Forgot why I don’t eat at Bojangles.

The cashier at the window was rude. I asked for two honey mustards and she acted like it was an issue. She got loud and said I was playing at the window. I did not receive any positive response from her. Not even a hello or thank you. Just her mean mugging me each time she opened the window. The two teas I received tasted strange. It had a terrible aftertaste. Like the tea container was never washed out. I should’ve just went with my instincts and went to another Bojangles instead.

It took so long to get our order we almost left before it came out. We had a one piece dinner and a biscuit. There was a ton of water in the floor and no one was as getting rid of it. It was atrocious. Staff sis not care at all

Went in yesterday to order a family dinner and a robot took our order. Their fries were stale and the chicken tasted NOTHING like bojangles. My husband and I swear they went across the street to food Lion and threw some chicken from there in a box. This does not look nor even taste remotely close to bojangles chicken. Who does that ???

In our current world of flashy accent colors and dynamic furniture it’s a true pleasure to revel in the ornate ceiling tiles and soothing color palette of the 1990s. I love the feel of this well maintained building. My food was delicious and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I will be stopping by again to enjoy this nostalgic environment.

I absolutely love going to this specific Bojangles because they always come through with great breakfast great customer service and the music inside is always perfect. The steak and gravy biscuit is to die for so I put cheese on it as well with Bo rounds and an orange juice. Hopefully they continue to have great options and continued their great customer service

We have the best Bojangles in the entire corporation on Western Boulevard in Raleigh. Tri-arc food is the owner group and they do an Incredible job with ALL of the Bojangles they own… I feel sorry for people outside of Tri Arc’s restaurants. If they’re eating Bojangles either in the eastern part of NC or the western part NC they are getting a poor example of what Bojangles food is. I am sad that corporate does not step into some of these terrible franchises in those parts of the state and correct it but it just never seems to happen. I have written many times to corporate about it and I just don’t think they care.. I am lucky to be living where I live and enjoying the best Bojangles in the state of North Carolina..
