Second week in a row. Went to get a biscuit. This week the sausage biscuit was cold. Bottom of the biscuit was like a brick.

This food is just gross. Bojangles has the worst fast food fried chicken I have ever had. And the side order of Jesus and Faithfest did not improve it.
The wing was 80 percent breading to meat. The breast was oily yet still dry. The meat itself had no brined flavor. The side order of beans was both too sweet and too salty – I gagged when I took my one and only bite.
And the biscuit? Dry as saw dust yet still oily. And btw, you shouldn’t need to take 49 steps to make a great biscuit.
I left feeling sorry for all the people who must never have had decent chicken and eat here. (for gods sake, Popeyes blows this away)

I’m 99% sure an employee spit their dip out in my food. The biscuit tasted weird and my tea literally tasted like tobacco. Whatever bojangles put in my food was disgusting. I would not recommend anyone eat at this location. I do plan on contacting the health department to test whatever this is that was in my food.

One of the best Bojangles we’ve been to. Since then, we’ve been coming every week—especially on Thursdays, when they have music nights, delicious food, and great company. The customer service is excellent, especially from Beverly, the manager here.

I ordered a kids meal with chicken strips. My daughter was crying after taking a bite because they were spicy chicken strips. I called and they said that was all they had. I think it’s pretty crazy to be handing out spicy chicken to children. I will never come back.

Food was good. Manager was clearly not crazy about his job. They were closing within the hour and the young lady sure put tbe water to the floor. The wet floor signs were out but you were gonna slip around regardless.
