Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit, Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit,sausage and cheese biscuit and 2 sausage biscuits. We got to the window and verified our order. We were asked to pull up and wait. We asked for mayo and mustard packets to be put in the bag. We returned home and our 2 sausage biscuits has mayo on them and it was running off of the biscuits and out of the paper. Mind you we asked for condiments on the side and not on the biscuits. I looked at my receipt and just 1 biscuit cost $5.49. I can buy a whole combo for a little over that and better serve somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

My order was entered incorrectly at the AI drive-thru, and the window employee responded unprofessionally when I requested a correction. The accurate order was double my original—I was willing to pay more and even walk in if it could be fixed promptly. Please improve training and process at the window; I’ll likely use mobile ordering next time to avoid repeat issues.

Tried so many of their menu options & Everything was delicious! It reminded me of Popeyes Chicken but better. I was really surprised at how non greasy the fried chicken was!! Dirty rice, mashed potatoes, Cajun beans, and coleslaw were all yummy! We also tried the sweet potato pie (this was surprisingly greasy in the box, but still delicious!) and the peach cobbler was definitely a fave!

The drive through is now using a bot to take orders. We all have to talk to plenty of robots to just go about our days and we don’t need more. Neither customers nor workers are asking for this, let us talk to real people. The actual human staff was wonderful.

Try this to get free chicken sandwiches… Order the chicken biscuit and ask to add an egg. The first one I received was without egg and they said they wouldn’t take it back since I touched it. I waited 5 more minutes and the second one came out -still no egg. I was tempted to try for 3 but didn’t want to waste the time.

UPDATE: WE GAVE THIS RESTAURANT A SECOND CHANCE TODAY, 5/17/2025 AT 11:48 AM. We had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich ($7) and a two-piece Dinner ($8) with fries and green beans, plus taxes. The sandwich (photo below) was very overcooked or it was pre-cooked and sat in a warmer way too long. Either way it was shoe leather tough, quite undersized, and fairly tasteless. A zero to 1 star quality and severely overpriced by at least $2. The two pieces of dinner chicken (thigh and leg) were OK, but nothing to brag about. The green beans side tasted like they were just out of a gallon can and warmed; flavorless. The fries were good. The price was too much by at least $1.50 for this two piece dinner. I cannot recommend Bojangles. Perhaps it was just this franchise, but regardless we won’t give them a third try.

On 8/2/2025 at 7:11 pm (check/receipt number 439839) I ordered in the drive through. Real simple order-2 Cajun Chicken combos. The young employee told me to pull up a bit while they make it. Even though the place was dead I complied. After about 12 minutes of sitting and waiting I went inside to find out what was going on. The first employee lied and said they were still working on it. A few minutes later the manager came over to tell me that they forgot to make my sandwiches. You might be asking yourself how do they forget about customers when there is a point of sale system that tracks the orders from the time they are placed?? The only possible answer is they are clearing out their tickets/orders to keep their times down. Anyways, I proceeded to wait some more. I had to ask for my drinks. I got my food at approximately 7:34 pm, 23 minutes after I ordered. Not only was I not given my drinks or food in a timely fashion, issued a refund/gift card or offered free food for waiting so long/forgetting about me, they tried to give me the fries that they put in the bag at 7:11. I submitted a complaint that night on company website, but have yet to hear back. This place should be shut down.

Update! My wife actually worked here … Only the weekends. Let me tell you that if you want fast food this is the last spot you want to go to. Their place is always nasty, lazy, and nothing is fast about it. If anything the franchise should stop making buildings and start closing them so that they can actually have people there working. You sheep will do anything for convenience and food.

1.5 stars. 16 minutes for a pretty simple order. Looked like one guy assembling the biscuits and he looked like he was going fast and working hard. I’m really not sure why it took so long to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Definitely not fast food.
Also, don’t get the sweet potato pie. It was not good.
