I came to Bojangles today around 12:00 PM. While waiting for my food, I noticed an employee removing the expiration label from a food cup before handing it to the customer in front of me. When they started preparing my order, I noticed the same thing happen with my coleslaw—the expiration label was removed.
I asked the employee why the label was being removed, and he seemed confused and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I clearly explained that I saw him remove the expiration label from my food. He then said he would get the manager.
When the manager came over, I was told that they cannot sell food with the expiration label on it because that is their policy, and I was offered a different side if I wanted it changed. This explanation did not make me feel comfortable or confident about the food safety practices at this location.
Removing expiration labels instead of addressing the issue properly raises concerns about food freshness and transparency. I hope this is looked into to ensure better food safety and customer trust going forward.

Poor Service, 40 minutes before closing time Manager and employees doesn’t have any food to serve customers. Manager told me she stop cooking a 8 pm. Bojangles this is unacceptable as a company.

Gave this location a few attempts to revive themselves and they’ve let me down each time. Today’s service was poor, staff was rude and unfriendly. Chicken supremes and bone in chicken were well over cooked, biscuits were so over cooked I could hear them crunch bitting into them. Not the bojangles food Ive had before, disappointing

Cashier could have reinforced the sale by stating the food will be up shortly. Much better service than the next nearest location in Stanleyville.

I wonder why nobody was in the Restaurant, and now I know. Horrible Experience !! The Manager (pm) at this Bojangles was terrible, rude, and no respect for the Truck Drivers of America. How do you get a job at a Truck Stop when you hate Truck Drivers ? Make no sense to me, but I suggest finding another manager immediately. At least someone who respects and appreciates Trucking Business

This place is horrible. They never have what I want or have some excuse why they can’t make it. Food is either over cooked or sat out for days. I should give it one star, but the staff is always friendly, so I can’t knock them. Just the terrible food. Or lack there of.

It was shocking to me how clean this place was. When I was there it was fairly slow with only about 4 tables seated. Two separate employees could be seen cleaning the preparation areas and the dining area. The cashier was very courteous. In an era where most fast food restaurants basically throw the food at you with a scowl on their face this was remarkably pleasant.

This place is absolutely disgusting. How they have a 97% rating on their wall? Is beyond me? Their staff is very rude unless you’re a certain color tone, then it’s yes, sir. Yes, ma’am.
The lady inside handed me my food and just let it hit the ground. While the bag ripped And then went on to help another customer of a certain color tone and ignored me and didn’t even bother to give me another bag.
This place is horrible. Horrible to the customers that fight their way to make their communities livable, with all their necessities. I am absolutely disgusted, and I hope their manager gets this and realizes that something needs to change
