Horrible service. I work next door and almost everytime I go in it takes 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. Going through drive thru is only way to get anything at a decent speed. They’re rude and do not care about the service they are providing. Specifically the older lady working the register. Never a good experience at this location. Go ANYWHERE else if possible.

Waited over 20 mins to get my food. After everyone behind us got theirs. I ordered at 12:09, didn’t get it till 12:30. Then went I went to get it it was only half my order, they didn’t let me till they had everything I ordered on the tray. I don’t like when my food is out in the open getting cold while customers are hovering over it asking for refills or to get their order corrected. Then they had a family in line just waiting and waiting to place their order. They even had enough time to get their baby settled in a baby chair at a table. But still didn’t acknowledge them or anything so they ended up leaving upset. The guy behind us in line hasn’t even got his food and I’m sitting here eating while he is still waiting for his, so he probably has been waiting for over 30 mins… This place needs new employees, new manager, new everything.

My sister went through the drive thru this morning to get me a steak and egg biscuit she got home it was a bacon and egg. I don’t understand how you get bacon and egg out of steak and egg. It happens all the time. I looked on the receipt to make sure she wasn’t charged for a steak and egg she wasn’t on top of that it was a half piece of bacon. From now on I’ll cook for everyone like I normally do which is never a problem. Do better Bojangles!

Went thru the drive thru and placed our order…..the automated machine took our order and we were unable to make changes. Not that big of a deal, we just made it right at the window….food was good and service was fine, seems to be well maintained!

The food is good, the people seem real nice, but I have 2 words about their prices….. In Sane!!! $28 for me and my son to have lunch there….a 3 piece chicken tenders and a 2 piece leg and thigh with drinks and 2 ‘Bo-berry’ biscuits. I only paid for it and didn’t just leave the drive thru because we were hungry. That will be the last time I will ever go to a Bo jangles. The chicken is pretty good, but it ain’t THAT good! Plenty of places around with good food for half the price.

The food is exactly as I expect it to be as an infrequent ( no more than one a month) treat! The chicken was piping hot and delicious, even after a brief ride to home. The slaw was chilled and the fries were appropriately seasoned. Service at drive- thru was fast and young woman who took payment was polite and professional! Please keep up good work, YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

We went in at 7:30 Sunday morning Never got waited on! There were 4 – 5 employees there. One female worker looked at us and turned around. Totally ignoring customers.
We were Not the only ones that left because of No Customer Service.
This was our 2nd time going. First time food was cold.
Scuttbutt around town is This Bojangles is the absolute worst. Rude, Slow and Lazy!
Checking this place completely off.

Will not be back. Waited forever. Food was cold. Returned for fresh food. Place was dirty. Hardee’s has better service, and they are the bottom.
