I don’t know what is wrong with this particular bojangles, but they’re lacking and slacking so bad. I always order on the app, way ahead of time. It never fails, every time , the food is never ready. Today, the food was supposed to be ready 10 minutes prior to arriving, had to wait 20 minutes longer. We go inside to pick up the food, they tell us they’re waiting on the chicken breast to cook, that it’ll be 5 minutes. After an additional 10 minutes, we’re suddenly told they’re out of chicken breast. We’re like ok, I guess give us thighs instead. A lady came in and ordered breast! Makes zero sense! You’re never greeted, there’s never a cashier. This place just really sucks bad.

This location posts hours open until 10pm. I was expecting out of town guests to arrive at approximately 8:30pm. They were expecting dinner. I called this location at approximately 6pm to make sure fresh food would be available. I arrived before 8pm and was told there were 3 chicken legs left and no other food would be prepared. The employee told me they had no flour with which to bread the chicken. I asked why the store was even open if they could not prepare food. I also asked how they could open the next morning for biscuits if they had no flour.
Very disappointed, had to drive to another town to obtain food. My guests arrived before I returned with food for them.

It’s always 50/50 on how your biscuit will be. The good times always make it worth it when you get that perfect biscuit. Today wasn’t that day, but I still enjoyed it. What really grinds my gears though, is the AI DRIVE THRU ORDERING!!! Absolutely hate the AI ordering system. It’s infuriating. Guess I’ll just come inside from now on

Porkchop biscuit is absolutely delicious. Sweet ice tea is fine. Restroom is clean. Fairly quick ordering and getting the food. Biscuits are perfect here. All Bojangles need to aspire to this level of Biscuit making. Absolute perfection.

It was 8:30pm so the food probably wasn’t the freshest of the day. Chicken breast was awful. We usually love Bojangles but tonight wasn’t great. Person on register was very nice and efficient. Passing through so most likely will never be there again. Shame.

The bojangles in dobson is so clean the staff is very friendly and they have angel figures sitting out on the counter which i liked the bojangles on 52 at food lion mount airy the floors are sticky tables always dirt and sticky and it is just not a well kept environment the drive to dobson to this one is worth it because you are less likely to get sick because they are cleaner

The worst Bojangles….I literally got 1/2 a biscuit with my 2 piece meal. Ridiculous. Good luck trying to call the restaurant-they leave the phone off the hook because they don’t want to hear it. No care or concern by this staff. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

I live in Charlotte, I was in Dodson for a drop off with my job. Granite it took me 30 minutes to get there from where I was at, lol , but the this location was exquisitely clean, the food was exquisitely fresh, and the manager Ruth was extremely pleasant thank you again for your service. This Bojangles is definitely in the top three.
