Ordered one thing to take home for 22$. Got home it was totally different from what I had bought. I got little respect the whole time I was there. The people behind the counter were to busy carrying on to watch the service they were giving. First time I have been there and the last time I will go. Food was awful. I was only there because my boyfriend from Richmond liked the Richmond Bojangles. Never again.

My check number is 3509 I ordered three thighs. The lady told me her microphone don’t work come to the window before I went. She asked me what’s my order. I told her three thighs, french fries and iced tea. She gives me my food tells me sorry for the inconvenience. I ask her pacifically. Is it 3000 here she said yes I get home. She gave me two wings and a leg. My thing is if I paid for something give me exactly what I ordered then I called Up and spoke to the manager Terri a lady. She said I told you we’re out of thighs. I said I asked specifically at the window she said yes there’s three thighs and they always do this

We used to stop here on trips between Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC. Enjoyed the chicken tenders. We stopped here today for the first time in 5 years, since moving. Terrible!! Dirty table. Poorly trained counter person. Really loud and obnoxious cooking staff. Chicken sandwich was awful, small, flat piece of chicken was half the size of bun. I never tasted chicken before throwing it out. NEVER again.

The young lady who served me was such an awesome representative of what customer svc should be like… she deserve a raise..she set the atmosphere for your business..I wish I got her name…the manager didn’t seem friendly or even smiled but this young made up for it and was such a delight

By far one of the worst experiences ever at any Bojangles. People working the drive through unable to understand plain English. Biscuits barely wrapped. Had to explain 3 or more times what was ordered. Can’t understand anything said through the speaker outside ordering. Handed out the window someone else’s food without confirming what our order actually was.

The staff are rude and very unfriendly. Zero goodmorning, thank you. They take your order and don’t even know the menu. We asked if the Bobiscuits are a sweet biscuit like a cinnomen rolls. The answer No. Do you have anything like a sweet biscuit. The answer No. We looked up Bobiscuits, berry filled buttermilk biscuit with icing. Oh well, your business lost the sale. Perhaps, you all should hire better employees. They are rude, not helpful and extremely abrasive to order from.
