The lady at the counter asked me if I wanted to wait for fresh fries. The answer is “Of course.” The food was fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The restaraunt was clean. Very good visit.

Maine did a wonderful job taking our order. He was professional, clear, and helpful. The whole team did a great job getting people through the line quickly, and the food was fresh & delicious. We were also greeted by a fine gentleman in the dining area. It doesn’t always happen this smoothly at this location we frequent and we thoroughly enjoyed it today!

I love Bojangles food, but would love to see a seamless presentation with how this location handles their food. I’m unsure about anyone else, but I prefer my food to be wrapped up properly and not thrown into the bag without care. Typically food is unwrapped, not inside of the bag or box it should be placed in, or simply placed in the bottom of the bag. This is the only issue I’ve noticed with Bojangles the last few times I’ve visited this location. Aside from that, their food is always consistent.

Great customer service from the lady at the drive thru. She was very efficient taking orders outside as people drive up before they get to the menu and drive up window.
I ordered the Cajun chicken breakfast biscuit, the Cajun flavor was good with a very mild kick. I was not impressed with the chicken, it was very dry. A maple sweet syrup would be good to make it not as dry. The bo-rounds were good similar to hash browns. I hear the French fries are good and the seasoning makes them amazing.

I got the grilled chicken salad .Different lettuce,before it was a good mix of ice burg lettuce and carrots with purple cabbage but this it was only thr chopped lettuce not very good it had a sour taste.
Not very good at all and the qty of food has been cut back ,but the price has gotten higher..Not satisfactory at all. I will not be returning.

Food is always good, mainly a friendly staff, but the atmosphere could use some work. The workers are always busy. There are a lot of regular customers. This bojangles is always busy.

Stopped in for a quick bite on 11/30 2019. Tasty grilled chicken sandwich. Fast service. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean, well lit restaurant with plenty of seating. Restrooms are clean and stocked. I would certainly be comfortable stopping here with family. I look forward to returning.

They need to re-evaluate their staff including the manager cause on 8-25-25 they were horrible i called the corporate office and I never neverrrrr do that but you will not be a smart ass little witch to the public and the manager never even spoke to me or asked me nothing about the situation I won’t go back andni may only be one person but its one less cause we (family of 4) eat there often
