Love coming to this Bojangles. This food is always good & fresh and consistent. As an OTR Trucker I never know 1/2 the time what town I’m in, but I always wind up at this location.
Staff is always cool & friendly. Will be back in a few days when I head ba k to NY.
I always come here when I run the NE. The food is real good and always fresh. I park my truck on the main street. So its not hard to maneuver & get back on 81.
This place always come through when I pull up. The seasoned fries is real good.

A female cashier asked why I was requesting a refund and canceling the order after she attempted to hand it to me, then explaining the young male who prepared it did not wash his hands, in the process of sweeping when asked to prepare it, however placing gloves on both hands touching the outside surfaces before putting the gloves on, he likely forgot.
The cashier did not respond exiting. Respectfully I was refunded by a different employee, and the male made it a point to come to the drive thru window pointing out he prepared the items with gloves on. Explaining however he was sweeping and didn’t wash his hands before touching the gloves (as this transfers anything on the handle and dustpan to the gloves surfaces) the male walked away, however he was not verbally disrespectful and approached the window to determine in an appropriate way which is unusual.

I enjoyed eating here at this Bojangles location. The chicken was good and so were the side dishes. We were not familiar with ordering here, but the lady at the register was helpful. Everyone was friendly and the iced tea was good.

Never had been to a Bojangles’ before because we don’t have any in our area but the restaurant was great! Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of lids, straws and drink choices. They have sporks for utensils which are useful. The chicken is delicious and the sides are great. The bathrooms were clean. Definitely worth a check out if you are in the area.

Got a 12 piece chicken dinner they didn’t give me the 1/2 gallon sweet tea and the biscuits were extremely salty I love bojangles but just putting a honest review in hopes of them doing better

For a fast food restaurant, I give this location 5 stars. I placed an online order just because it’s easier with a big family. When I went into the restaurant, they received the order, communicated very well, and completed my order pretty fast. Much better experience than a lot of other locations out there. The food was hot, fresh, and accurate.

Hire a real person to answer the drive theough. Nobody wants to talk to some dirtbag robot while theyre trying to order. Interrupting every single conversation and making it impossible to talk to the other people in the car. I’m sure someone could really use that job that management here is too lazy to hire and train. Shameful.
