What is going on at BoJangles??
Using AI instead of employing real people is bad enough… the quality, at least at this store has severely declined over the last few months. Used to get a fried chicken breast in the chicken sandwich, now it’s a flat, dry, chicken-ish substance.
Do restaurants think serving this won’t hurt business?
Whomever is responsible for the chicken quality decline needs to be fired.

Good Morning. Im a truck driver and I went to this Bojangles yo get there great steak biscuits. The older lady at the counter was taking an order. After she took the order, she went to prepare his food. Mind you she didnt even acknowledge me. After giving him his order, she proceeded to clean up things off floor and walked to the back. She came back out the back and still didnt acknowledge me or come all the way back to register to take my order. Im 52 years old and have never been so humiliated. I work very hard and I enjoy Bojangles steak biscuits, however, its a shame that we as a human body still have old thoughts and issues with each other. The WORD says with LOVE AND KINDNESS DO I OFFER THEE. I was kind but I need to put this review out there. Im always delivering out this way from GEORGIA and im not going to visit this bojangles again and unfortunately I will be posting this on Social Media sites as well.

Went through drive-thru here and placed order, order taken by AI computerized system.. and it still didn’t get to order right. You don’t get to talk to a real person until you get up to the window. My Wife had to go in anyway to get the rest of our food that was already on the receipt. Not only was the order wrong but we still didn’t getting everything we you ordered.

Traveling back home from Hershey, family & I stopped in for takeout. They were out of several fixings do to the huge Bristol race group. UNDERSTANDABLE! The older gentleman working was as helpful as possible. Plus it was perhaps an hr b4 closing. Food was just enough & taste good enough!

My husband was coming through Abingdon around noon today so I asked him to get me a gravy biscuit combo. I have never had gravy as bad as this. I threw it in the trash and will never frequent this location again. He also went in to get it and said the service was horrible. It took him 20 minutes to finally get one combo! Never returning!

Just be nicer, don’t interrupt when taking an order, don’t walk away during the middle of the order to tell another coworker what to do, focus on your customers first!

Fast service on a Monday morning at 9:15. Unfortunately this was not the quality of food we have experienced at other Bojangles. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The biscuit was flat like it had been wrapped up for a while and kept warm under a heat lamp. We specifically stopped here because we expected hot, juicy chicken …. If chicken is your specialty, you should strive to live up to customer expectations!
