They are called seasoned fries. And they can’t be bothered to put any seasoning on them? One time is one thing life happens but Bojangles has just gone down hill. Not worth it.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I went through the drive thru and and I ordered two combos. I asked what kind of condiments they had besides the Bo sauce and whomever was taking the order said your getting the Bo sauce and refused to answer my question.. after that I got up to the cashier at the drive in window paid and pulled over to get a napkin out and my order was wrong. I went back though the drive thru and showed them the receipt and what was in my bag and he literally asked me for my bag of food to dig through it! At this point I was livid! No one wants someone digging through their food and then be expected to eat it! They refused to fix it even with the receipt! I will never go back to this one!

Second time at this restaurant, first time at this location. The location is trying to decorate with local teams, which is nice. However the decor is old, outdated and tired. Tables were dirty, which was surprising due to it being empty inside. But if you’re in the mood for tasty, salty and fried food then look no further. A fast food taste of the south.

I came by this morning to get breakfast. I rarely do. So I wait in line get the the window and the lil Spanish woman couldn’t figure out how to use Apple Pay (forgot my physical wallet at home) She tried 5 times till finally I said forget it. I’ll go somewhere else. And went across the street to McDonalds. It worked the first try. I think she hates her job. She gave no effort and I couldn’t tell her how to use it because she doesn’t understand or they act like they don’t understand English. I won’t go back to that bojangles. I hate having to translate to get my food especially if I’m already late for work and this Spanish women wanna act like she technology challenged. But works drive thru? I guess they figure they don’t need to know English to take people’s money. Just a terrible experience to go through to get breakfast communication is important. Try explaining your order to someone who do know a lick of English, or they say they don’t.

I went to Bojangles today, 3/30/22 to get my husband and I something to eat. Bojangles is our favorite restaurant in Vinton or should I say was our favorite, after today. I spent $23.56 on a Cajun filet biscuit, with mayo and tomato; that ended up having no filet on it just mayo and tomato. The Bo Cheddar melt, the chicken filet on it looked as if it had been soaked in dish water. What I think was crust was spongey and peeling off the chicken, which it didn’t look fully cooked. We were afraid to eat it, because we didn’t want to get sick. The best thing about the meal was the tea and bottled water. I don’t think I can bring myself to go back there to eat and I will tell my family to be careful, no one wants to end up in the hospital.

This is the worst bojangles I have ever been to. I warn everyone I know not to go here. Just gives you the wrong food, wrong drinks, and just doesn’t listen. Also I guess the seasoning for fries is optional or cost extra or something.

Employees are friendly and service is good. The food is great almost all of the time. (I’ve only been there once when the food wasn’t fresh) They have some of the best sweet tea in town.

First time visiting: forgot half my order and wouldn’t correct even with receipt.
Second visit:Closed an hour early and wouldn’t let me inside. Arrived at 9. Oriental man says I can’t come in. Sign on building says dining room now open until 10. This is my last meal with my family before I go back home. And now I have to eat in a car. Will NEVER go here again and DO NOT recommend. When I asked why I was not inside, the young blond guy in the window says the sign is “just confusing and it doesn’t say that”.
