I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered and paid for a Fish Deluxe sandwich, but what I received was a plain fish sandwich with barely any sauce. When I tried to call and speak to someone about it, no one answered—I got an answering service instead. I left a message asking for a call back, but no one ever reached out. Since I live 15 minutes away, driving another 30 minutes just to get the correct order wasn’t worth it. At this point, I would’ve been satisfied with a simple apology or even a credit, but I got neither. Very frustrating experience.

I went through the drive thru and was told to park, that they would bring out my food and drinks. I pulled forward like I was told. Well, a different lady brought out part of my food, it wasn’t even the whole order and when I told her that I didn’t have my drinks because I was told to park and they would bring them, she told me to come back through the drive thru line because she wasn’t walking my drinks out to me. Excuse me! I was told to park to wait for my order but now I have to go wait in line again for my drinks while my food gets cold?? Absolutely not! My order was almost $40 so I went inside to get a refund and the lady with the braids and bad attitude walked by staring at me multiple times. I’ve worked fast food and you don’t park someone then expect them to wait in line again because you don’t want to do your job.

Went through the drive thru this morning. I got chicken and egg biscuit which was very good. Everything was fresh. Lady at drive thru was very friendly.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It looked like the sink hasn’t been cleaned in ages. No soap in the dispenser either.
Employees were friendly. Food was lukewarm. Overall not impressed.

So every fast food chain, you have your good ones and bad ones. This is definitely a good one. The food is always perfect (I’ve been to other locations where the food seems like it’s been under the heat lamp way too long) staff is super friendly and the place is kept clean

Last time I stopped I had a call in order and still waited an hour to receive the order. If my family hadn’t had a death I would have asked for a refund. Everyone waited. This was a Sunday 10/19 or 10/20.
