I ordered a Cajun filet chicken sandwich blt style just the way it comes. It was overflowing with mayonnaise and the lettuce was brown. It also came with cheese and on the menu it said on the sandwich was only pickles, tomato, lettuce, mayo, and bacon. I hate cheese and I would’ve asked nicely to not have any. As I kept scraping the mayo and bad lettuce off I found a freaking hair on top of it all. Fries and ranch were good tho.

After seeing a billboard advertising Bojangles biscuits I have to stop and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was good but, the service was the best! I hope they open a store closer to my home.

Food was great. Made many trips there. The food was prepared just right. Nice and hot and the Mac and cheese was delicious. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the service. She wasn’t as nice and pleasant as most service people. A smile, nice day or thank you, would be nice. Anyway, it didn’t stop me from returning

Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Got our food and was in/out in no time. Parking lot was clear, and there was enough space for large trucks to park without blocking traffic. Food was fresh, hot and delicious.

I’m a person who never writes reviews. But I can tell you, the gentleman who was working the register on the weekend after Thanksgiving needs to know he works in a service industry. I know people have bad days, but it made every patron feel uncomfortable and made it seem as if we were guilty to be there ordering food. One of the busiest travel times of the year, yeah we’d rather be eating at home. But we’re not, so try to make your customers feel welcomed. That’s all I’m saying.

20240930 The employees at the drive-thru was nice and chicken was super temp hot. The dark meat pieces were small. My pup ate all the meat and could have eaten more.
20221001 I actually went inside today and the employees were very nice. Since one of my pups always eat all the chicken, I ordered an extra side today. Everything is delicious!
2020 Stopped here 2nd time in 2 months! It wasn’t planned… looking for lunch and decided to stop here and Google shows me that I’ve been here before. :-). As always, delicious chicken, biscuit and cold slaw as always!! I’m not a biscuit fan but Bojangles biscuits are the only ones I will eat!! The drive thru was fast, no lines!! The employees are consistently friendly!! Thanks, Antonio!! One of my girls love the fried chicken and the ham . The ladies restroom is very clean! I hope Bojangles will open locations near me!! There time, there was a little piece of blue lint on my fried chicken. it won’t stop me from coming back.

My grandkids and I ordered breakfast this morning (and bacon for the granddog). Service was fast, food was good, and all was well until the granddaughter tried a sip of her pink lemonade. Water with a hint of pink food coloring. Oh woe is me. One grandchild cannot have a tasty soda when one has an unacceptable one. I called the folks at Bojangles, drink replaced, incident averted. Thanks! ❤️

Had a pleasant experience on my lunch break. Ordered and paid ahead but when I arrived was told they no longer sell the item I’d ordered. I told them I was on my lunch break and only have 30 minutes. They substituted and rushed out a new order within minutes. Everything was fresh, warm and delicious.
