Well, it seems some of the workers don’t care much about working there and it comes out in fairly rude service. Gal taking our order constantly cut me off. I know it’s not the most fulfilling of jobs, but I don’t really want a side of rudeness with my chicken sandwich. We’ll not be back. Other family members had a similar experience a week earlier.

Out of chicken even though it wasn’t busy in the slightest, broken bones and cold chicken after the 10 minute wait nearly swallowed a shard of a wing bone that was totally shattered and there were two other pieces in the 8 piece order with broken bones. Save your money and don’t bother the prices have gotten ridiculous you can get chicken next door at Kroger and it’ll be half the price and just as good just add paprika and cayenne pepper.

I attempted to place an online order at this restaurant, however, the system wouldn’t work for me. I assumed that the program was malfunctioning so I called the restaurant instead. A very nice employee at the Brambleton Bojangles took my order, my name, and my pick up time. Never once did he say that this location doesn’t honor the online deals. At the scheduled time I went into the drive-through to pick up my food and only then did I learn that I would have to pay full price. Needless to say, I did not purchase the food.

I get take out from this bojangles often, and it is always good and fast food. They very rarely mess up your order, and when they do it’s usually a minor mistake. Highly recommend if you need a quick meal!
