I had a wonderful experience when I went by Bojangles this evening on my way home. I had an hour drive and didn’t want to cook so I went by Bojangles to get a grilled chicken salad The cashier was very sweet and very nice. The entire front line was on point. All of the ladies were pleasant & professional. The Grilled Chicken Salad was fresh & delicious. Thank you Bojangles South Hill!!!

First time. Cashier was on her phone. Didn’t have interest in her job. They need to better at cleaning behind the counter. Food literally was thrown together. Fries didn’t even make it to the fry bag. Some were smashed. Picture below

The chicken was lacking in taste and crunch. Taste like just chicken that was fried with no seasoning on it esp the breast. Fried chicken should be tasteful with that taste transmitting throughout the meat not just the crust. The crust should be crunchy and the meat moist… not have a soggy crust with tough and chewy meat. Yuk!
What we got was overpriced bc of the condition of what was served.
The service was ok. Bc of the crowd /the customers that came in all at once, the workers did their best. Could have been better. But they were able to get the crowd down fast. Good thing they had enough food available at the time.
The atmosphere was very busy.
The restaurant was clean. They had an older worker there cleaning up the area where tables and chairs were along with helping their customers which is always nice. She was nice and helpful.

Food pretty good. I had their chicken sandwich and some seasoned fries. Pretty average but wish I could of got it really spicy. The chicken was fried really good and the meat was juicy. Delicious. The staff are very nice too.
The whole restaurant was very clean and well kept. They take their cleaning pretty seriously.
Though the did keep their cleaning supplies on the counter of the baby changing area of the women’s bathroom. I didn’t want to touch their items but also they didn’t understand why I needed that counter space. If there is no proper changing table that counter should be kept clear, especially of cleaning chemicals. I don’t know why it wasn’t kept away in a locker. But it was pretty late at night so maybe they were about to start cleaning in the bathroom or had just finished.
Anyways, besides that the visit was good. Would definitely order food from them again. Good spot for a chain restaurant.

This is the best Bojangles experience I’ve had in a long time! The young man taking orders in the drive-thru line was very pleasant. The girl at the window wasn’t overly friendly, but maybe she was caught up in her duties. The biscuit was well-done, like I like them & the chicken was fresh. The line moved quickly. This was my first and only experience at this location so I hope its as good or better if I return.

I’m going to start this off by saying that I normally don’t give restaurants any kind of reviews, good or bad. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a Bojangles ever. It started off when I was in the drive through. I had asked for a large sweet tea with light ice and a large sprite with no ice. I got a medium unsweet tea. When I asked about it, the older white lady said, “I only had you charged for one large” in a fairly rude tone. I hadn’t drank the tea yet, and didn’t know it was unsweet at this point, and really didn’t feel like putting up a fight over the size difference, so I took my food and left. I also asked for a Cajun chicken sandwich, and they gave us a regular. I also had a chicken tender platter with mac and cheese. The tenders were fine, but it looked like someone else had eaten half of it, so I only got to eat 4 tenders. I also asked for BBQ and ranch for my tenders and they didn’t put any sauce in any bags. Overall just a really bad experience.

The food was good. Never had bojangles before as they do not have them in Pennsylvania. Cajun chicken was hot and fresh. I felt bad for the staff as the lady behind me was acting like a lunatic complaining that her chicken wings were too big and asking the staff to go through and find her smaller ones. Food was alright, but I think they try to be a smart ass when u ask for a pack of hot sauce. Cause I was given 13 packs of ketchup with no fries and about 15 packs of hot sauce for a 2 piece meal. Write that down for waste, just so u know customers don’t like to be cut off and rushed. When they come inside it may mean they are indecisive and need a minute. After spending almost $30 my drink was the best thing I had cause the food lack the proper seasoning. The beans and rice was bland didn’t have the normal kick. I asked for regular chicken and got spicy, really. Customer service needs work here, at least it did on 12/11/25 at 1:15 pm. Thanks for the extra sauces, the one below are left over so I’ll save them for the next time y’all leave sauce out of the bag

Today was highly disappointing of an experience. The manager was managing with a wooden spoon and way to bold in addressing her staff. Insulting the cooking and its speed while customers were present and can hear it. I think she just needs some leadership training as I am sure she is good at her job, but she needs to lead through inspiration, not intimidation.
The chicken was super greasy today, unlike any other time I have visited a Bojangles.
