There wasn’t a wait when I arrived but with most chicken joints they can get busy. Order ahead to avoid the congestion. Service was quick and I was on my way. The area for forks, spoons or napkins was lacking and messy. All in all food is tasty.

My husband and I ordered an 8 piece chicken from here. When we arrived home and opened the box we had no breast, instead there were 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings and the chicken was cold and dry looking. Upon returning to the restaurant to inform them that we didnt pay $25 to get what we received, we were told by a female employee that they had no breast available and it would take 30 minutes to prepare more. (This is probably the reason they threw our box of chicken together the way they wanted to in the first place). After receiving word that it would take 30 minutes to cook more chicken, my husband told them to just refund our money. At this time, a manager shows up and asks my husband “Whats the problem?”. After explaining the situation to him and telling him that the female employee said it would be 30 min before more chicken was ready, the manager informed us that the female lied. The chicken was less than 5 minutes from being done. The manager tried to make it right by adding extra pieces to our freshly cooked box and that was appreciated. However, Bojangles management need to work on hiring better employees.

Very great communication and I got my food very quickly, and also the young lightskinned boy in the window has great manners and awesome behavior, He told me it’s his first job but he’s awesome and doing great. 10/10 fast food restaurant keep doing great!

My family and I came in later in the evening. And we were assisted by Destiny W. She was very pleasant and helpful. She was courteous and provided awesome customer service! Good customer service is hard to find now!

Another disappointing visit to Bojangles. I was the customer in the store and no one was at the drive-thru. Two staff walked past me with acknowledgement and performed tasks as I waited for five minutes. I left after I noticed the food drying out and was not covered. The staff were not wearing gloves either. Truly disappointing

Horrible experience. If i could give it a negative score I would. The cashier seemed like he was training and he was a little slower at taking our order which i understood and was patient with. However It was the lady with the eyebrow piercing and terrible customer service who didn’t seem like she cared about being there that really made me feel some type of way. She is no shape to be in the customer service field nor a team lead. Whatever she was going through that day may god bless her and hope she does some self reflecting.
Also, the place was filthy. Dead flies EVERYWHERE. Disgusting. They handle your food with no gloves just bare hands.

I was on vacation and I stopped by Bojangles, second time I have had it. Their chicken is good and biscuits are also good. Better than Popeyes and KFC. Who doesn’t like their fries??????

This was my first time visiting this establishment.Never been to bojangles before. But I can say I will never return.The food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken was overcooked dry and cold. Cashier was rude. And acted like he didn’t even want to be there..
