This Bojangles has become one of the most frustrating places to visit. The service is extremely slow, they are constantly out of basic items, and they still can’t manage to put the sauces I specifically order and pay for in the bag. It’s not a one time issue, it happens almost every visit. By the time you finally get your food, something is missing, something is wrong, or the order is half complete. It feels like no one cares about the customer experience. I really hope management steps in because this location has gone downhill and it shows. Also paid for a large combo and go this sad filling of fries.

My husband and I went to this bojangles. The staff members were customer friendly and spoke with us professionally. I personally want to shout out Samarah who dealt with us. She was very professional and have good work ethics. I would recommend this restaurant, its very family friendly. Also if you dine for lunch ask for Vonda. She also have good work ethics and customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

The food would have been great, but my chicken and fries were on the dry side. The biscuit was on the hard side. I still like the food, though. The cashier was very friendly and did a great service. Good atmosphere, very quiet.

I ordered two large fries with extra seasoning. I was given two boxes of cold, hard fries (but with extra seasoning). I went back through the window and nicely asked for fresh fries with extra seasoning. The cashier informed me that I would get a smaller amount if I ask to have them remade. I was given two large fries with absolutely zero seasoning.

Bojangles never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, the biscuits are buttery and soft, and the sweet tea is always on point. The service was fast and friendly, and my order came out exactly right. Clean restaurant, great vibe, and consistently good food. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop for a quick meal!

Customer service sucks at this location. Waited almost 40 minutes for a 12 piece family dinner and wound up just walking inside to see what the hold up was. Turns out people were calling out for new years. However, you signed up for the job and somebody has to do it so customers shouldn’t even be hearing witness to employees arguing and not being professional. Please do better.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Chicken biscuit was tasty and the blueberry biscuit with frosting was delicious. Grits were too thick to enjoy, the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was overcooked, and the hash browns were good. Overall, inconsistent food, so I wouldn’t return for breakfast

I had never been to a Bojangles so I wasn’t sure to expect, there was a worker napping in the dining room on a table, I was told to try the sweet tea, they didn’t have any made, the Mountain Dew was flat, the chicken, fries, and mashed potatoes weren’t bad but the restaurant was dirty.

Stopped in at 9:55am, there was no one waiting inside and 2 drive thru customers. Staff took 10 minutes to take our order of one combo meal. The meal was egg and cheese on a biscuit, bo-rounds, iced tea. That’s it. It took 20 minutes for 3 incredibly lazy staff to put this in a bag. Meanwhile, 2 drive thru customers gave up waiting and walked in to try to retrieve their orders. In total, we spent 30 minutes inside for an $8 order. The owner of this franchise location needs to clean house. Customers were walking out after waiting for someone to take their order so you are not making the money you should. Also, the floor is sticky as hell and the woodwork and tile near the drink counter is falling apart.

Fast food places normally get back raps. Poor Customer service and poor food. I just want to say that fast food in the south taste better! I am so glad we dined inside. We had the opportunity to meet shift leader Tamika(hopefully I spelled it correctly), my goodness she was so sweet and she gave us amazing customer service. You can really tell she leads with her heart, pouring herself to the patrons who come to Bojangles.
