The quality of the food and service has dropped over the last several years. I recently went to Bojangles and ordered through drive-thru. The young lady that took my order was rude and making comments under her breath that I could hear through the speaker. I drove up to the window to get my food and went home. When I got home half of the biscuit was missing on three of the sandwiches I had ordered. Even my 7 year old child pointed out what was this. Not to include her sandwich had a strand of hair on it. Bad customer service and poor quality of food. This was around 11:00 a.m. I can expect poor service and food after 7:00 p.m., which they will give you dried chicken that is overcooked and a rubbery biscuit. It’ll be a while before I go back to this restaurant.

It’s been about 6 months since I ordered this food from the Bojangles on Bridge Road. I notified corporate via email and their Facebook page but haven’t heard back. I’m being relentless in my attempts to bring awareness about the quality of food served there so it won’t happen again, but I’m being ignored. The food and the service have been awful there as of late. Instead of going back through the drive thru, I went inside and the man working the register tried to get nasty after they served me this foul food. Good thing I checked the boxed before I got all the way home. I wouldn’t feed this to a pig.

I’m a regular at this Bojangles for breakfast before work, and the staff are always kind. On my family’s last day of visiting, we stopped by, and Mr. Mike’s jokes really made our day. The crew seemed happy, and the atmosphere felt like one big family. The food was fresh and delicious, and we can’t wait to come back.

Thanks for considering our friends and family that serve both in the military and as civil servants. And not to throw others out. But let’s just say Bojangles wasn’t my first choice this morning but another restaurant chose not to even acknowledge me when I walked in and made me wait for minutes without acknowledgment or my order being taken. (I’m not saying who it was but they may be related to Carl Senior ) But the Bojangles here in North Suffolk always greets me with a smile and provides prompt service and of course Bo Berry biscuits. Maybe I should just start here in the morning instead…

I stop coming here over the summer because the place did not look clean And service was trouble and rude. I have recently found my way back. The place was clean and everyone had there uniform on and clean. I felt so much better about coming to this store. And my lunch was good too. You feel better eating from a place when it looks clean. I came in a couple nights ago and I received exceptional service. I don’t think that the service would have been possible without the manager on duty, Bre. She is so attentive and warm welcoming. She assures that her crew is on point. Food is fresh, hot, and delicious. She assures that orders are being promptly made and served with accuracy. Most restaurants you can’t go and get food of this quality after day shift, but that was not the case when I went. The shift runs smoothly and great when you have a great lead; which is what I noticed with Bre. Keep up the good work young lady!!!!! Not a young lady just clocked in for a “check” , but one that wants to make an impact on someone else, which is what she did!

I came in about a week ago, roughly 30–40 minutes before closing, and I was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. Even though it was close to closing time, my food came out hot, fresh, and made like it was the middle of the day. The service was amazing — everyone was professional and welcoming.
I especially want to shout out the manager on duty, BreRonda. She was extremely attentive, respectful, and patient, making sure everything was correct and checking in to see if I needed anything. Her leadership made a noticeable difference compared to my last visit, and it really showed in the whole atmosphere of the restaurant.
Overall, it was a much better experience than before, and I truly appreciated the improvement. I’ll definitely be back

10/10 recommend!! I believe they are under new management which I spoke with BreRonda the manager my food was fresh the service was exceptionally!!! Quick and fast even asked if I need extra napkins and sauces!!! Very well spoken !! I had went inside spotless !!! You felt so welcoming when entering the atmosphere! Mind you I visited back during the summer when it was a sunna 1000 degrees in there I literally had to leave. But you see I total change now!! Please go and check out this location with this wonderful manager BreRonda!!!! Good job Bo jangles! Oh yeah the restrooms were even stock and smelled cleaned!!

As a delivery driver, this is not the best location to go to. I arrived at 7:30. My order to pick up was ready, but was not bagged And because they had a line at the drive-through, they left the customers order sitting on the counter with me waiting for it for 20 minutes. Their explanation was we make more money through the drive-through. Dead to me, states that they prioritize money over customer service

This Bojangles has been up and down in the past but tonight was stellar. Got the 2 for $5 after 5. Quick service, hot fantastic food and very nice professional service. Her name tag read BAE, she was awesome.
